STORY :

A corrupted leader of his kind the tunnelers. After many years he ruled until one day the Scourge invaded his village and offered him the power of the Task Master. Because of his greed for power he accepted the offer until his mind totally engulfed in darkness. Now with his terrifying power he has forged his skills and abilities to rule and conquer over the enemy.


Shadow Walk (W)
With the power given to him by the Scourge he is able to become invisible constantly making him much faster. Deals bleeding damage. Slow last 5/6/7/8 seconds
Level 1 - Last 10 seconds has a bleeding damage of 10 damage slows enemies movement speed by 5% lasts 15 seconds.
Level 2 - Last 15 seconds has a bleeding damage of 15 damage slows enemies movement speed by 10% lasts 15 seconds.
Level 3 - Last 20 seconds has a bleeding damage of 15 damage slows enemies movement speed by 15% lasts 15 seconds.
Level 4 - Last 30 seconds has a bleeding damage of 15 damage slows enemies movement speed by 20% lasts 15 seconds.
Mana Costs : 50/80/100/120
COOLDOWN :30
Framework: Works a great combo with the ultimate.


Hunger for Power (E)
With his hunger for power,Task Master sacrifices his MP to become more stronger.last 15 seconds
LEVEL 1- Adds 20 damage,Adds 10% Lifesteal.
LEVEL 2- Adds 35 damage,Adds 15% Lifesteal.
LEVEL 3- Adds 40 damage,Adds 20% Lifesteal.
LEVEL 4- Adds 60 damage,Adds 30% Lifesteal.
MANACOST :60/90/120/135
COOLDOWN :40
Framework : This will work really well with butterfly .


Hidden Talent ()
Because he once was a leader of the tunnelers he uses some of his past abilities to gain an advantage.
Level 1 - Increase movement speed by 8% and slows enemies movement speed by 5%
Level 2 - Increase movement speed by 10% and slows enemies movement speed by 8%
Level 3 - Increase movement speed by 13% and slows enemies movement speed by 10%
Level 4 - Increase movement speed by 15% and slows enemies movement speed by 13%
Mana Cost : N/A
Cooldown : N/A
Framework :Use a hypertsone or better Assualt Cuirass so you can do more damage to your enemy.


Poisonus Edge (G)
Because of many years of being a Task Master he learned the Poisonus Edge.With such power also he damages 100/150/200 of his Life. With Aghanim's Scepter additional damage goes up by 10% and slow by 5%. Its poison does not kill hero.
Level 1 - Damages the selected enemy by 250 ,poisons the selected enemy by 30 damage per second and slows the enemy's movement speed by 10%. Last 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Damages the selected enemy by 325 ,poisons the selected enemy by 45 damage per second and slows the enemy's movement speed by 10%. Last 5 seconds.
Level 3 - Damages the selected enemy by 400 ,poisons the selected enemy by 60 damage per second and slows the enemy's movement speed by 10%. Last 5 seconds.
MANACost : 115/145/175
Cooldown : 90 seconds

This hero is not yet finished some of my friends will finish it two weeks or so. Sorry about the icons...I can't edit that well for now.

first of all

WELCOME TO DS haLiP0!

now lets start..

did u use the hero builder? your stat gain per level is low, up it a bit.

don't cha think 5 armor at start is uber high? especially for a hero who only has 16 agility at start of game..

for the skills..

1st skill, wind walk and deals damage, like a modified shukuchi? its ok since the mana cost is a bit high.
Include the cooldown

2nd skill, this is like open wound plus beast rage in one skill, so that's a bit too much, especially at level 4.. lower it a bit or change it.. even if it is capped, i still think it should be reduced a bit..

3rd skill, chance to low, measure it up to TideHunter's anchor smash which is a lot like this, 7% is not enough for a strength hero with a low agi gain.

4th skill, ultimate... 50% damage and 8% move speed, GS meets Rampage.. although the GIVE is too low.. plus the mana cost is high..
that buff would fit 175 mana, no more than that..
but if you want to go for high mana cost Ulti, then i suggest you buff the ulti..

BTW there are so many heroes that have a BUFF ultimate.. i seriously advice that you change it, coz sometimes, even a unique idea doesn't seem original anymore..

1st: duration could be lowered a bit

2nd: bm's ulti, just more toned down, somewhat hard for halipo to use, especially if hes more leaned towards str. and HOLLLYYY CRAP, that is a pretty long duration, 30 sec?

3rd: just like tidehunter

ulti: holy crap, that is a beast skill, IMO, that loss of 200 life max is WELL worth its potential dmg/slow

overall: i think it HAS potential but its like a na/bh. there is little skill synergy, most skills lack skill uniqueness

@tr3ncht0wn: second skill is NOT like openwounds/beastrage, in fact, its EXACTLY like bm's ulti, except more toned down a bit.

Halipo, you don't have to edit it again until it's perfect. I tried that and it was useless. Just start a new character or just submit in hero ideas lol.
