Lithium Talisman

It was said to be created by the Undead. The remains of Lithium said to be found during the time earliest species in the Big Bang. It was then forged into a destructive talisman.

Requirements
- Hyperstone
- Power Treads
- Mask of Madness
Total - 4950

Gives -
17% lifesteal
30% movement speed
55% increased attack speed

Item effect:
Increases the attack speed by 135% for 5 seconds, but slows speed by 35% and takes 50% extra damage.
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 25

i kinda like madness than this, coz u will be slowed movement speed, and even if you have increased atk speed, it's only for 5 seconds..

gud with kardel bcuz no need 4 movespeed when you can hit them at insane range...add to skadi and they can't escape ur imba dmg and slow...just make sure to hide cuz you'll be the target with 50% increase in dmg taken...
