STORY
A grim creation of the Lich King, the Dark Eternal is one of the Scourge’s elite lieutenants. It was said to be a creature so twisted that it takes pleasure from pain. Leading the undead in the frontline, Skarborr’s superior influence dominates even its enemies. Its ability to exploit its enemies’ anger thwarts any tactic. Beside from manipulating its enemies, the Dark Eternal easily gets rid of enemies who have lust for battle. The Dark Eternal truly is a masterpiece of the Lich King’s ghastly power.

SPELLS/SKILLS

DESTRUCTIVE FERVOR


Creates magical enchantments inside enemy units. For every attack made by these units, they will take damage as well.
Level 1: Links up to 3 units, receives 5% of damage, lasts for 5 seconds
Level 2: Links up to 5 units, receives 20% of damage, lasts for 8 seconds
Level 3: Links up to 7 units, receives 35% of damage, lasts for 11 seconds
Level 4: Links up to 9 units, receives 50% of damage, lasts for 14 seconds
MANACOST- 95/110/125/140
COOLDOWN- 20 seconds
FRAMEWORK= Links a certain number of enemy units, these units take damage per second based on their attack damage. Every attack made during the duration increases the percentage by 2%.


ANGER MANIPULATION


Focuses the anger of all nearby enemy units and forces them to attack a target unit.
Level 1: Can be cast on ally creeps/self, lasts for 3 seconds
Level 2: Can be cast on ally/neutral creeps/self, lasts for 4 seconds
Level 3: Can be cast on ally/neutral/enemy creeps/self, lasts for 5 seconds
Level 4: Can be cast on ally/neutral/enemy creeps/self and ally hero, lasts for 6 seconds
MANACOST- 100/110/120/130
COOLDOWN- 12 seconds
FRAMEWORK= Works like Axe’s first skill but the target to be attacked can be chosen. AoE of 600.


CHAIN SILENCE


Links a certain number of heroes that prevents them from using spells consecutively.
Level 1: Links up to 2 Heroes, lasts for 2 seconds, silences for 2 seconds
Level 2: Links up to 3 Heroes, lasts for 3 seconds, silences for 3 seconds
Level 3: Links up to 4 Heroes, lasts for 4 seconds, silences for 4 seconds
Level 4: Links up to 5 Heroes, lasts for 5 seconds, silences for 5 seconds
MANACOST- 75/95/115/130
COOLWDOWN- 8 seconds
FRAMEWORK= Links up a certain number of heroes. When one of these heroes casts a spell, all linked heroes will be silenced for a certain time.


FERVOR OF PAIN


When the Dark Eternal is attacked, its twisted mentality allows it to take pleasure from the pain it feels.
Level 1: 5% chance to heal 50 HP when attacked
Level 2: 7.5% chance to heal 75 HP when attacked
Level 3: 10% chance to heal 100 HP when attacked
Passive
FRAMEWORK= When the hero is attacked, there is a chance that it will heal a certain amount of HP. Can trigger only once every second.

You've put so much hard work into this, I shall review! *Pulls out finger of doom* Ooops, wrong finger!

Anyways, on to the review.

This guy has high stats, but low stat gain to balance it. The hitpoints and the mana points should be fine, according to the level of STR and INT Skarborr has. The damage rather seems a little high; I mean, to say that you have high stats and high damage, (considering the fact that your late game stat gain will be low) you can easily first blood.
Armor is good... Everything else for the intro is fine.

Onto spells/skills...

For the Destructive Fervor, it's basically making creeps kill themselves, am I right? Well I guess this could be fine for this character, but it would be the perfect skill for heroes who can conjure images. The skill lasts for 14 seconds, I think a creep will die if you solo it in .. let's say, 3-5 seconds? Well it could be good just to get time passed by quickly and receiving gold. Oh yeah and one more thing about this dude... When they are linked, do you receive the money given and the experience? (considering that they are dead, which they will be ... 14 seconds -.-)
For the Mana Costs, Cooldown and frameworks, they're completely fine except the cooldown. If you want a spell that lasts for 14 seconds, and then there's 6 seconds until the cooldown happens again, that's going to be such an annoying spam. Considering the fact that all these cons are happening are because of the 14 second thingy. Anyway, I guess the Mana Cost of spamming kinds of balances it.

Anger Manipulation is just like Mogul Khan's skill, except with no armor buff. I like how the idea works, ability to cast it on the enemy and yourself + the creeps. Well this skill would be acceptable because it will be useful. Such as if you are running away, you can cast the manipulation on the enemy hero who is probably chasing you, he will be attracted by the upcoming creep march. It's a good "fake stun" I could say... I have one question though, the part where it says that it lasts for a few seconds, does that mean that the magnetism is lasting for 6 seconds? (supposed that you are maxed out with the skill.)

For the Chain Silence skill, do you mean it's like a .. binding shackles? Like, it binds heroes up and silences them. Okay well then, if that's the case, then this hero would be an enormous running-away sort of guy. Just attach BoT and you've got the miracle if you have failed your gank.

Fervor of Pain should be called Return Heal... I could say that this is acceptable, but there are a million ways to say that this is bad or good, in sorts of scenarios.

All in all, I give you a 9/10 because of the well thought-of and unique character (and story) you came up with. It would of been a 8/10, but because of the cool model, I gave you a higher rating.

It's not that imba, so I give it a 8/10..

The primary attribute will probably be Intellect, looking from the stat gain given. If not, well then, that's messed up. Also, seeing that most of your spells are active, relatively giving evidence that he is 75% to be an INT.

most skills are fine

except one, the chain silence, lasts for 5 seconds and has an 8 second cooldown.. i think that's too much.. since when he's not silence your first skill can take effect and damage him, so that would make him silenced for the rest of the game.. or afraid to cast spells for the rest of the game..

chain silence may have a short cooldown but it costs a lot of mana...but it still allows a hero to cast a spell, he just can't use spells consecutively...
