Needs:
Javelin (1400)
Vladmirs (2400)

Gives:
25 damage
10% lifesteal aura (range; not orb effect)
0.9 brilliance aura
7 devoition aura
15% damage aura (stack with command aura, but doesn't stack with trueshot aura)
activable: elf arrow: gives magical energy to the user's attack. Gives 20 bonus damage per attack. manacost:5, cooldown: 1 sec, right click to autocast. (doesn't stack to other autocast attack, such as searing arrow, frost arrow, etc)

Correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think u can make items autocastable...

uhmmm...i don't think items can be autocastable..right? maybe change it to an orb effect..

Get rid of activate thing and it would probably be put in. if ofcourse some1 got word of leet item

you can make an item autocastable, in the ideal world you wouldn't (simply for looks) but you can.
