HEALING STAFF

cooldown:30 seconds

requirements:
Mekansm (2434)
Mystic staff (2900)
perseverance (1775)
scroll of healing staff (500)

Effects:

Add 30 int.
heal 350 for 7 unit or damage 200 for 7 enemies
add armor to allies by 10 for 10 seconds
11 regen per second
150% mana regenaration

U forgot a few things...

1. +5 to all stats from Mekansm
2. +7 damage from the perseverance
3. Make it 5 armor rather than 10 and for at least 15 seconds..Mekansm lasts quite a while for the armor bonus...
4.Rather than to 7 allies or enemies...it should be in a 300 Area of Effect....and maybe 500 HP restore, for a true healing staff...
5. 11 HP Regen Aura? uhh...i think its best that we stick with Heart of Tarrasque...but if ur keeping it...maybe 8 regen per second...4 from Perseverance, 3 from Meka...and add 1 just for an upgrade...

A little modifying here and there...
Maganda to. Pwede na ung cost, pero, make the item fair and good enough so that it is worth the cost...but it seems a little to extra in the game, we already have other items...

Healing Allies..Damaging Enemies...it could be a substitute for Dagon...
