Mark of Retribution
The holy messenger is born with a sacred mark on his forhead, allowing curses from the light, bringing torment and torture to the enemy. It is a curse that slows the enemy more as he/she moves. It also decreases the attack of the targetted enemy.
Level 1 - Curse lasts for 3 seconds, decreasing 5% MS for every 100 AoE the enemy runs. Decreases attack by 5.
Level 2 - Curse lasts for 4 seconds, decreasing 7% MS for every 100 AoE the enemy runs. Decreases attack by 10.
Level 3 - Curse lasts for 5 seconds, decreasing 9% MS for every 100 AoE the enemy runs. Decreases attack by 15.
Level 4 - Curse lasts for 6 seconds, decreasing 11% MS for every 100 AoE the enemy runs. Decreases attack by 20.
Mana Cost: 90
Cooldown: 11 seconds
Flash of Heaven
The Holy Messenger can call heaven to cause wrath upon the opponent, giving flashes and pulses of light, causing them to negate any buff. Each flash/pulse happens once a second.
If negating passive skills, it disable the passive skill for 2/4/6/8 seconds.
Level 1 - Lasts 3 seconds, negates any skill for 5% for each pulse.
Level 2 - Lasts 4 seconds, negates any skill for 10% for each pulse.
Level 3 - Lasts 5 seconds, negates any skill for 15% for each pulse.
Level 4 - Lasts 6 seconds, negates any skill for 20% for each pulse.
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 25
Reverse Time
Cladius can reverse time for a single opponent, allowing them to kill, earn gold etc... But when the countdown is gone, they will reset and be back to their original spot.
Framework: Creates a standing replica of the target and loses transparancy more and more as it reaches time.
Level 1 - Reverses time for 3 seconds
Level 2 - Reverses time for 5 seconds
Level 3 - Reverses time for 7 seconds
Level 4 - Reverses time for 9 seconds
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 30
Magnet of Holy Faith
Cladius calls upon his mighty holy magnet. The magnet will magnetize any hero in an area and will come right at him.
The magnet takes a few seconds before it takes for effect. The ring of the magnetic wave goes faster and faster as time passes by.
Level 1 - Takes for 4 seconds for the magnet to take effect in an AoE of 400
Level 2 - Takes for 3 seconds, for the magnet to take effect in an AoE of 700
level 3 - Takes for 2 seconds, for the magnet to take effect in an AoE of 1100
Level 4 - Takes for 1 second, for the magnet to take effect in an AoE of 1400
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 60

uhmm yeah..

increase the first skil's cooldown..
so this hero doesn't have nukes huh?
which means, he can't possibly win a 1vs1 battle..
so with that said.. i won't use him, but his skills are very useful in team battles.
not for me though..

i think the lack of nukes, makes this hero very weak. at most a kind of disable hero. but maybe the stats will make up for it?
i mean every skill is a disable ot debuff, only targets one opponent, and has a long enough cooldown to make it not useful in dire situations
