Gives:
+20 Agility
+8 to all Stats
+25 Movement Speed
Heartbreaker Aura - Enemies that come into 850 AoE of Ruby Heartbreaker will be drawn by it pulling desire from the heart making them less strong, -4 Armor reduction

Requires:
Eaglehorn (3300 gold)
Javelin (1400 gold)
Wraith Band (460 gold)

you reduced the agi from eaglehorn and where did the effect of javelin go

doesnt make sense why the agi went down and dmge dissappeard i think it needs to be buffed a bit

i agree with others
javelin's dmg increase is gone.
half of wraith band's effect is gone.
