Beginning/Story:
Once there was a peaceful village who was ruled by a tauren named Cairne Bloodhoof. When the attack of the Scourge occured, they were wiped out of existence, but because the tauren fought bravely, he was captured and tortured to death. Because of this, he was aided by his brother, Raigor, the Earthshaker. Together they fought and escaped the prison of hell of the Scourge. They planned for a counterattack. With his might glaive, he can force out a shocking force to blow away the opposing enemies. His hooves can cause devastating ground cracks, causing enemies to walk slow and still. With a chance, Cairne can smash his glaive into the ground, causing area of effect shockwaves. With his mighty shout, he can force his anger through his brothers and giving them the strength to defeat the enemy. Along with his brethren, he will protect the World Tree no matter what happens.

SKILLS:

SHOCK[W]AVE

Cooldown: 12/12/12/12
AoE: 200 AoE around the path of the Shockwave.
Cairne creates a devastating shockwave, causing damage to a line.
Animation: Just like Magnataur's Shockwave, instead its purple-colored waves.

Lv.1 - Deals 75 damage in a line.
Lv.2 - Deals 150 damage in a line.
Lv.3 - Deals 225 damage in a line.
Lv.4 - Deals 300 damage in a line.

[E]ARTHBREAK
Mana: 140/140/140/140
Cooldown: 18/18/18/18
AoE: 350 AoE
Animation: Stomping his hooves and creating large cracks on the ground which will slowly fade away in seconds.

Slams the ground with his hooves, dealing damage, and slowing greatly the movement speed of enemies around you.
Lv.1 - Deals 100 dmg, slows by 15%, lasts 4 sec.
Lv.1 - Deals 175 dmg, slows by 30%, lasts 4 sec.
Lv.1 - Deals 225 dmg, slows by 45%, lasts 4 sec.
Lv.1 - Deals 280 dmg, slows by 60%, lasts 4 sec.

PUL[V]ERIZE
Mana: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
AoE: 300 AoE
Cairne can strike the enemy to the ground by chance, dealing AoE damage.
Animation: Cairne slams his glaive(axe/polearm) on the ground and damages enemies near him.

Lv.1 - 10% chance, deals 50 dmg. to surrounding enemies.
Lv.2 - 15% chance, deals 75 dmg. to surrounding enemies.
Lv.3 - 20% chance, deals 100 dmg. to surrounding enemies.
Lv.4 - 25% chance, deals 125 dmg. to surrounding enemies.

WAR[C]RY
Mana: 180/240/300
Cooldown: 75/70/65
AoE: 400 AoE
Animation: Maybe a little fix on Rogue Knight's God Strength. Will have an effect like Mogul's Berserker's Call.

Cairne creates a warcry, increasing the morale of friendly units in an area. Increases dmg. and armor bonuses.
Lv.1 - Increase dmg. by 80%, armor by 2, lasts 20 sec.
Lv.2 - Increase dmg. by 120%, armor by 4, lasts 25 sec.
Lv.3 - Increase dmg. by 150%, armor by 6, lasts 30 sec.

what's the duration of the slow of earthbreak. increase manacost of last skill to 180/240/300

Holy! +1 agi & int per level, wow! Unique!!
You could increase them by .4 or higher, but not too high, same goes for strength.

For the 1st skill, you can make the mana cost like 95 like Magnus' shockwave.

well theres already a hero that uses the tauren sprite.

plus his skills are like mags, ursas, and svens.

that ulti is rigged, 150% to NEARBY units, svens is only himself and 20 sec, not even armor or buffs for allies, holy crap

Way too powerful... WAR[C]RY is powerful... you allies will get some too? and your creeps? icrease the cooldown a little.. manacost is fine...

O_o OMG! 150% bonus dmg and armor bonus for an ulti O_O and its even shared to allied units O_o way to lame to be for a team game imagine Sven and this guy team up GS+ this skill wtf????
