I was in a PUB game today, nd i was using my usual rexxar necro build, but then my opponent whos getting owned by me says that necromonicon has been banned in dota! I was lyk, WTF!? I knew there wer sum PUBs dat banned them, but NOT the WHOLE WORLD has banned it lyk he was pointing out.

So my question is, necromonicon i supposed isnt banned! Cuz why would they make that item if it would be IMBA?

And they're complaining dat one of the reasons necro isnt allowd is bcuz if you kill the blue necro, you take damage! Like, how stupid are they dat they're gon kill it wen dey have minimum HP remaining!!

As far as I know Necronomicon isn't banned. If it was banned, IceFrog would subsequently release 6.51b, 6.51c to ban them. Otherwise use them as you wish.

However there are some rules that PUB players have made just for balance issues.

In my opinion, the ONLY item banning rule which I believe to be actually logical is the 1v1 or 2v2 Dagon Rush because thats just pure imba. Otherwise, they're just being nubs IMO.

they can ban items if the server were theirs as it would allow them to deny the TDA rules since neither battle.net or GG is made to play dota alone

but i agree hes a noob

If it was banned, why didn't IceFrog remove the item instead.
I suggest you play with that opponent again then use Necronomicon again and again and again.. Have a few laughs lol.

Noob is noob. Everytime he is defeated, he will say d hero is IMBA, or d items or etc. If he says it s imba, why doesnt he use it to have a 'very easy' kill? Bcoz he noobs lol
