Hero Selection

I always play DoTA with a huge amount of players (5v5) but I can never stick to one hero. So I started testing the heroes out for any double kills move but so far I've had no luck. So if people would just comment on some heroes that have high damage spells please tell me.

You mean like nukes?
If you're a beginner, then the easiest hero to get multiple kills with is Sand King...
Just learn your basic Burrowstrike+Epicenter combo, and in a crowded battle, with no disables, you're bound to get a kill or more...

if your looking for double kills to clear a lane get broodmother
easy to use and awsome.
simple, use irrasistble hunger whilst in your web, and attack them and nuke.

another is jugegrnaught, just wait til their both half health, and go behind them when they attack you use omnislash when there are no creeps.

Double kills? Lich is your guy. His ulti is made for double kills....

not allways sorry to say flodian, if the ulti kills one it stops dosent it? and it difficult to time properly for a new player.


ide rather suggest crystal maidens ulti, hits all players poretty mcuh and easy to do, if they attack you free and cast. easy kills

any hero is hard for new player, . . toinkz!

and broodmother is harder to use than Lich, . .

just because newbies find it easy to use range heroes because they dont get to be harassed often, .

Then there is few opnions

1)Lich
2)nevermore(Lothars+ulti)
3)Zeus

@moogle-taxi: =\ CM's ulti is crap until like lvl 16 and with scepter. It relies too much on chance to hit the opponent(s) and its too easily countered by an experienced player. IMO not very noob friendly. Disreguarding the ulti, you'd also need to quick cast (cancelling cast animation) to be able to use her to her full potential.

@nemanja13:
1. With lich, as stated above somewhere, his ulti is hard to aim properly.
2. With Nevermore, his ulti doesnt deal enough damage to guarantee a kill(s) and you will be more then likely needing his nukes which are a challenge by themselves to master. His high dps and slow effect from the ulti would help though i guess...
3. Zeus, read on and see what i have to say

@Topic: Gosh, can't believe u guys overlooked the most easy Dk'er ever, (for beginners) Zeus! He has 3 active nukes that have the potential to deal massive dmg, he can easily tank up, and he doesnt even have to participate in the battle to get a DK although most people would get pissed off >.>

The only thing is quick casting (animation cancelling) but that's not a buge issue. His Arc Lightning is perfect for farming as it jumps, deals adequate dmg for a last hit or 2 and as an added bonus can jump and hit multiple enemy heroes as well. It also combos well with his main nuke, Lighning Bolt, which deals huge damage (350). And you can always be guaranteed a kill with your global ulti.

I recommend him as one of the best, if not the best solution to your problem.

Did the thread maker say that he was a new player? If not then it is quite feasible to say that getting a double kill with lich is not a hard feat to accomplish.

Sand King should accomplish what you want, as long as you understand the concept of a channeling spell (which is to say, don't move when casting Epicentre or else you fail).
Spider and Lich are also good suggestions, again just time Chain Frost properly.

Be content with a kill. Double Kill is just for show.

True one kill is good, and you should be happy with what you get but... why not get 2 when it is in reach? More chance of your team wining anyways.

Easy double kills with strong nuke?
ehm....
try Lich. or Sand King, or Crystal maiden, Or lina/lion with dagon/refresher
or Zeus with refresher......etc.

If u want to get an easy double kill just use nevermore and farm up for lothars edge and look for a hero in the map with out a stun or disable but check 1st if u have the max souls stored then windwalk go very close to the hero then cast ure last skill then boom!!! if they are both alive dont forget that u have shadowraze!!
