Damage: 53 – 57 | HP: 568 | Mana: 195
HP Regen: 0.91 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 1.43 | Armor: 3

Skills
Decay - Decaius holds his smell of death for a period of time then lets it all out damaging and posioning enemies.
1. Each second held adds 70dmg. Hold for 1-2 seconds. 10 poison dmg for each second held.
2. Each second held adds 80dmg. Hold for 1-3 seconds. 15 poison dmg for each second held.
3. Each second held adds 90dmg. Hold for 1-4 seconds. 20 poison dmg for each second held.
4. Each second held adds 100dmg. Hold for 1-5 seconds. 25 poison dmg for each second held.
Manacost:150/140/130/120
Cooldown:25/20/15/10

Flesh decay - Decaius throws a piece of his flesh at throws it at an enemy which dmgs, and slows.
1. 50 pure dmg when hit. 12%movement speed and 12% attack speed is lowered for 2 seconds.
2. 60 pure dmg when hit. 16%movement speed and 16% attack speed is lowered for 3 seconds.
3. 70 pure dmg when hit. 18%movement speed and 18% attack speed is lowered for 4 seconds.
4. 80 pure dmg when hit. 20%movement speed and 20% attack speed is lowered for 5 seconds.
Manacost:150/130/110/100/
Cooldown:10

Refresh - Each time Decaius hits, he drains life from the target refreshing Decaius's rotting flesh.
1. Drains 20life each time Decaius hits.
2. Drains 30life each time Decaius hits.
3. Drains 40life each time Decaius hits.
4. Drains 50life each time Decaius hits.
Manacost:N/A
Cooldown:N/A

Zombie Meltdown - Summons zombies for a short period of time. After a zombie dies, each zombie deal 25dmg to 300AoE.(Same range as Decaius.EACH ZOMBIE STEALS LIFE. Last 30seconds)
1. Summons 1 zombie who deal 50~65 dmg. Drains 30life each time they hit and life goes to Decaius.
2. Summons 2 zombies who deal 60~75 dmg. Drains 40 life each time they hit and life goes to Decaius.
3. Summons 3 zombies who deal 70~75 dmg. Drains 50 life each time they hit and life goes to Decaius.
(Hp:1. 200 each 2. 250 each 3. 300 each.)(Attacks like Decaius. Movement and attack speed.+items.)
Manacost:200/250/275
Cooldown:50/45/40

yea..this could be his brother or something xD!skills seem lousy to me though..zombies damage too little!!!
