STORY:
Willblade was a royal son back then taught by the Draenei before the Burning Legion expelled much of their race. With this, he had to flee to the Ernzweld colony, a little community known as the old rivals of the Draenei. Now, as Willblade is now a part of the Sentinel, he demonstrates both tremendous skills he taught from both races to bring them together, and most importantly to bring the Frozen Throne to an end.

SKILLS:
Thunderburst [T]
Willblade lets out an electrified surge of energy from within him, damaging all enemies within range. Total damage is divided among all enemies hit. Damage is precise. 500 AoE.
Level 1: 100 damage
Level 2: 200 damage
Level 3: 300 damage
Level 4: 400 damage
Manacost: 135/140/145/150 mana
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Explanation: When activated, a dagon-like animation will hit every enemy present in 500 AoE. The total damage each will take is divided depending on how many there were. For example, if level 3 Thunderburst is activated when 4 enemies are present, each will receive 100 precise damage. If only one is present, 400 damage is his.
Draensweld Herb [E]
Willblade heals himself with a specialized herb, also allowing him to invulnerable to attacks(except magic) for 5 seconds. He is also unable to attack for the same amount of time.
Level 1: 225
Level 2: 300
Level 3: 375
Level 4: 450
Manacost: 110 mana
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Jinutsu(Passive)
Willblade tried putting together both Draenei Jinada and Ernzweld Manjutsu in his own technique, allowing him to not only dodge attacks, but also return the favor.
Level 1: 5% dodge and chance to deal extra damage 0.5x the base damage of the opponent
Level 2: 10% dodge and chance to deal extra damage 1x the base damage of the opponent
Level 3: 15% dodge and chance to deal extra damage 2x the base damage of the opponent
Level 4: 20% dodge and chance to deal extra damage 2.5x the base damage of the opponent
[ULTIMATE]Spree(Passive)
Whenever Willblade kills an enemy hero, he has a 15 second chance to instantly teleport to the nearest enemy hero in the map. He gains bonus attack speed in doing so. Teleport costs 100 mana. Bonus IAS lasts for 25 seconds.
Level 1: 10% attack speed increase
Level 2: 20% attack speed increase
Level 3: 30% attack speed increase
Cooldown: 60/50/40 seconds
Explanation: Example, if Willblade kills an enemy hero, another button pops out(much like Puck's first skill) which allows him to teleport to the nearest enemy hero in the map. After he casts teleport, there will be a cooldown until his passive skill will be active again.

nice hero .... but there are many things troubling my mind ...
1st skill: very imba in my opinion ..... even if it has a 32 sec cooldown ... you could still kill fragile heroes with that skill and some normal attacks ... 550 damage ! awch ! and thats not all ... its Precise damage ! ... i suggest you to lower the damage or to put more manacost .... and lower the AoE ...
2nd skill: seems fair enough .... but 500 still high though ...
3rd skill: im not saying its imba ... but its too good to be true ... its like 20% chance of 3x damage ... damage of the enemy ! ... sven would die in a matter o seconds ... imagine sven MoM then GS .... OMG !!! i suggest you lower the return damage .. or lower the chance to trigger ..
4th skill: very unique .. but lower the AS bonus speed duration by 10/15/20 seconds ... then lower the cooldown by 50/40/30
overall: Unique hero man ... good job .... but some of the skills are way to powerful ..... ^^

well... i see a severe lack of synergies
his passive "drunken brawl" skill is way too powerful, better than mortred's AND has dodge. plus its TOO similar to bounty's jinkada or whatever
also, what happens if the nearest enemy hero is at fountain...?
ulti would be utterly useless, especially if you teleport into a group of them. remember, ulti is something to be "feared"

I made the ulti that way because...it's gonna be too strong for an ulti. And besides, the player can choose either to teleport or not.
I forgot to clarify about his third skill. It works for base damage only. sorry

oh I made a terrible mistake. It works for all enemies like creeps and neutrals, not heroes. My bad

First off, according to your hero's str, his starting health will be 492 and according to his int, his mana will be 195.
I don't have a problem with thunderburst - the AOE is not large and it's bad in lane/pushing situations. The cool down is also huge and the mana cost high. Compare this to Storm Bolt - 300 damage, 2 seconds stun. 6 seconds after the stun, another 300 damage, 2 more seconds of stun. And it has longer range.
Not sure about the herb =P
Jinutsu - 20% of the time you are attacked (when you don't evade), you deal 2.5x their base damage in return? Any hero with 70 or more base damage will be suffering over 175 damage 20% of the time they attack you. 100 base damage = 250. 120 = 300. Ouch! Needs to be nerfed I think.
Spree - I don't think this is good enough. It's only good some of the time - when you know where the closest hero is, who that hero is, who they're with, and if they're full power or not.
What the hell are you gonna do when you teleport there anyway? Sure you've got the APSD, but no movespeed, no disables, and you probably used thunderburst on the guy you just killed.
Spree also requires YOU to get the last hit.
