Really... Weird... Bug...

Was playing -aremneomdm -wtf -nd with the AI (yeah, I know Very Happy) and about 20 minutes in, weird crap started happening. There were no more creeps coming from their base, they're heroes weren't anywhere to be see (except for one). I was about to raid their base with my creeps when they suddenly stop right outside the base and I'm like "wtf?". A Puck appears and I start whomping on it and it keeps trying to go inside his base via Illusionary Orb and it almost seems as if he can't... he disappears from sight and I thought "maybe he got inside". I use 'iseedeadpeople' to see what's going on and notice that Puck is stuck on a ledge o_O? Tidehunter is up where the taverns and he's moving but can't go anywhere. I manage to kill Puck and it lags for a while then I see Pudge spawn behind the trees of their base Hysterical After that, even I was unable to move. Well, occasionally my hero glitched to certain areas but that's about it. Anybody know how to explain this?

Happened to me too!!, what AI version are you using?? mine is dota 6.51 AI+ 1.52, creeps stopped to spawn and whenever someone died they spawned in random spots (inside trees and ledges :S) so i used the -test command -kill, but they kept spawning like that!, guess its a bug with that AI version

It was the same AI :O Speaking of which, I lag HARD whenever a hero respawns on -dm mode. The older AI's I didn't lag at all but I kept getting those "Fatal Error" things =/

I've Experienced Weird Stuff playing DotA myself, in version 6.43 AI, Rylai was my character, upon reaching lvl 6, i tried to cast my last skill, then my last skill's ice blasts NEVER STOPPED. weird stuff.

Many AI maps have a lot of bugs, that's for sure. I've talked about one in my dota blog.

Ah, the infamous DopItem Very Happy Experienced another bug not too long back... I was doomed by Lucy and was trying to heal with bottle (didn't know it was silenced) and was cursing a little and realized it had stopped so I went to click on bottle when... IT WASN'T THERE! DDDDDD: I look around only to see my empty bottle, and a rune sitting there in the middle of the lane. I have proof of it too, it's in my Pitlord replay. It was a good thing because the bottle was full when I picked it up so I healed myself and then put the rune inside and continued on pushing xD

Maybe they dont check or test their AI maps, cause i got my AI map in getdota.com Sad no time to check maybe? cause its too frustrating to train yourself in a map thats full of disturbing bugs. Smile
