Scorch - Flames Incarnate

Skin: A revenant like razor but with fire all over him

Scorch being an incarnate of fire seeks to banish all unholieness from the world and to preserve the sacred flame
so he joins the sentinel seeking retribution of the demon archimonde tapping into the sacred flame of his people to destroy the human citadels.

Skill one
Scorch
named after himself Scorch throws a fire ball at the ground and it burns all in the area
level 1 100 damage 10damage per second
level 2 150 damage 15 damage per second
level 3 200 damage 20 damage per second
level 4 250 damage 30 damage per second
5 second burn at all levels
framework will throw a firebolt at the ground and it will explode and stun all in the radius
notes his main harass spell can be used to get runaway kills
cooldown 14/13/12/10 manacost 120/110/100/90

Skill two
Blaze
Scorch has learned to make his body into flame
level 1 burns for 10 damage a second around Scorch per second
level 2 burns for 20 damage a second around Scorch per second
level 3 burns for 30 damage a second around Scorch per second
level 4 burns for 40 damage a second around Scorch per second
framework like immolation
cooldown n/a mana cost n/a

Skill Three
Havoc
Scorch has complete control over fire and can make a beam of fire to burn his enemies
level 1 makes one beam of fire at one unit dealing 17 damage a second
level 2 makes two beams of fire at two units dealing 24 damage a second
level 3 makes three beams of fire at two units dealing 35 damage a second
level 4 makes five beams of fire at five units dealing 50 damage per second
Cooldown 10/9/8/7 mana cost 30/30/25/25
framework like pugnas drainlife or lions mana siphon but red and has several beams
notes can desecrate creep waves for farming as well harass heroes

Ultimate
Chaos
Scorch is the Incarnate of fire and can release extreme amounts of power when threatened
level 1 when below 30% hitpoints he gains 20% movespeed and 5 damage
level 2 when below 40% hitpoints he gains 30% movespeed and 10 damage
level 3 when below 50% hitpoints he gains 40% movespeed and 20 damage and a 3% chance to deal 3 times his damage and when he dies he deals 1000 damage to all units next to his corpse

1st skill is crazy (better than linas)
3rd skill is crazy (too much dmg)
ulti is crazy (too much of a bonus, too much dmg)

the third skill can only get one beam on every unit it cannot target all five on one guy
and imma take away the stun kk
