Vlad Plasmius - Ghost General

Vlad Plasmius, a loyal servant of the Ghost Lord. Long back in the spirit world, a group of ghosts named the Ghastly Bandits, banished Hrish Hark, the ghost lord into a sargophasus where the ghost lord would lay asleep for ever. The Ghastly Bandits hid the key of the sargophasus. A 100 years after this incident Vlad Plasmius found the key to unlock the sargophasus and release his master from eternal sleep. The Ghastly Bandits claimed that the banisher was Vlad and they has nothing to do with it. The Ghost Lord beleived them and was furious at Vlad for his betrayal and thus banished him into the human world. The Lich King found Vlad and promised Vlad that he would take him to the Spirit World once the sentinel is destroyed. Since then Vlad Plasmius is feared by the sentinel warriors.

Grim Ray (g)
Vlad incinerates a target by his unholy grim ray, dealing physical damage.
Level 1 - Deals 75 physical damage.
Level 2 - Deals 150 physical damage.
Level 3 - Deals 225 physical damage.
Level 4 - Deals 300 physical damage.
Physical damage means it will be reduced by armour and not by magic resistance/spell immunity.
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 9
Framework: The Ghost Beam projectile like magic missile in green color.
Notes: Your Nuke.

Ghost Gaurd (h)
Creates a shield on Vlad Plasmius. This shield protects him from the next attack that falls on him. The shield is destroyed upon the next attack whether its a normal attack or a targeted spell. That attack wont deal any damage to Vlad. Also it will decrease the armour if its destroyed by a mellee attacker or reflect the hit if its attack using ranged powers. Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 1 - If a mellee attacker destroyed the shield, he will get -2 armour for 5 seconds. If a ranged attacker destroyed the shield it will reflect 5% damage back.
Level 2 - If a mellee attacker destroyed the shield, he will get -4 armour for 5 seconds. If a ranged attacker destroyed the shield it will reflect 10% damage back.
Level 3 - If a mellee attacker destroyed the shield, he will get -6 armour for 5 seconds. If a ranged attacker destroyed the shield it will reflect 15% damage back.
Level 4 - If a mellee attacker destroyed the shield, he will get -8 armour for 5 seconds. If a ranged attacker destroyed the shield it will reflect 20% damage back.
Mana Cost: 150/140/130/120
Cooldown: 40/30/30/30
Framework: Creates a shield in front of Vlad Plasmius. The projectile of damage reflection for ranged attackers is same as projectile on the attacker.
Notes: Reflects only normal attack and targeted spells. Cant reflect targeted ultimates.

Unholy Duplication (u)
Vlad creates duplicates of himself. Duplicates take 300% damage and last for 30 seconds.
Level 1 - Creates 1 duplicate. Deals 30% damage.
Level 2 - Creates 1 duplicate. Deals 40% damage.
Level 3 - Crates 2 duplicates. Deals 40% damage.
Level 4 - Crates 2 duplicates. Deals 50% damage.
If you have any positive buffs upon yourself when you duplicate, your duplicates also gain those positive buffs. You will remove negative buffs on yourself while duplication. Cant remove Doombringer's Doom buff.
Mana Cost: 150/150/160/160
Cooldown: 45
Framework: Creates illusions of yourself like manta style's skill.
Notes: Goes well with Ghost Shield since Ghost Shield is counted as a positive buff.

Ghostly Wail (y)
Sends out a wail to defen your enemies. Deals damage, deduces armour and enemies have a chance to miss upon attack. Chance to miss and armour reduction lasts for 4 seconds. Effects all unit in the map including creeps, heroes and neutrals.
Level 1 - Deals 75 damage. -3 armour reduction and enemies have 15% chance to miss upon attack.
Level 2 - Deals 150 damage. -6 armour reduction and enemies have 20% chance to miss upon attack.
Level 3 - Deals 225 damage. -9 armour reduction and enemies have 25% chance to miss upon attack.
Level 4 - N/A

Mana Cost: 250/300/350
Cooldown: 160
Framework: A green nova spreads around the whole map.
Notes: Like zeus's ultimate but deals damage to all units even creeps and neutrals. Not only used for hero killing, also you will be able to kill those kobolds and trolls in the jungle since they have low hp, by that you will get almost 100 bonus gold.



Discussion:

About the HeroVlad Plasmius - Ghost General looks like a green ghostly archimonde. His green tilt is higher than other red and blue tilts. He has 50% tranperancy(Like he is invisible). The model is a archimonde of wc3 ROC campiagns. His projectile looks like lion's projectile but green in color.

Skill Synergies


Ghost Gaurd + Grim Ray

Ghost Gaurd decreases mellee attacker's armour so grim ray will deal more damage.



Ghost Gaurd + Unholy Duplication

Ghost Gaurd is counted as a positive buff, so it will be shared with duplicates.



Ghostly Wail + Grim Ray

Ghostly Wail decreases armour, so Grim Ray shall deal more damage.



Ghost Gaurd + Unholy Duplication

Since Ghost Gaurd will decrease armour, your duplicates will deal more damage.



Ghostly Wail + Unholy Duplication

Same as above.


Item Synergies


Unholy Duplication + Stygian Desolator

Armour reduction of Stygian Desolator will effect duplicated also, means when duplicates attack they will reduce armour. Many duplicates attacking = alot armour reduction. This will also increase damage of Ghostly Wail, Ghost Beam and duplicate damage.



Unholy Duplication + Manta Style

More duplicates = More armour reduction from stygian desolator.



Ghostly Wail + Grim Ray + Stygian Desolator

Ghostly Wail and Grim Ray deal plysical damage. So Stygian Desolator will be good.



Ghost Gaurd + Linken's Sphere

Double spell blocking.


Recomended Items

Null Talisman: More mana.

Stygian Desolator: Read Item Synergies.

Manta Style: Read Item Synergies.

Vangaurd: He has low hp, so this will increase defense.

Arcane Ring: Alternative Mana.

Linken's Sphere: Goes good with Ghost Sheild.

not acutually. Ghost sheild only blocks 1 attack like linken's sphere but can block normal attacks.

Creates a shield on Vlad Plasmius. This shield protects him from the NEXT attack that falls on him. The shield is DESTROYED upon the next attack whether its a NORMAL ATTACK OR A TARGETED SPELL. That attack WONT deal any damage to Vlad. Also it will decrease the armour if its destroyed by a mellee attacker or reflect the hit if its attack using ranged powers. Lasts 15 seconds.

Interesting hero, even if you did juke it from a cartoon. Yes, Bard Man knows of Danny Phantom. he watches it with his cousin. The skills are fineexcept for the ult, but before I get to that later. First, you need to work on the skill names. Change Ghost Beam to Spectral Beam and Ghost Shield to Phantom Shield. Both names sound better.

As for the ult, it's too imba for it to hit everything on the map. That's just easy farming after level 16. And you need teh farming skills then.

ok ive nerfed ulti, changed Ghost Shield into Ghost Gaurd and Ghost Beam into Grim Ray. Also added a poll.
