Dermond-The Blue Dragon.

Dermond - The Blue Dragon
Range: 400 | Move Speed: 280
Primary: INT
Str: 21 + 2.2 | Agi: 23 + 1.7 | Int: 25 + 2.6
Damage: 55 - 57 | HP: 549 | Mana: 325
HP Regen: 0.88 | Mana Regen: 1.01
Attack Speed: 1.45 | Armor: 2

Dermond was once a dragon of great power and wealth within his kingdom.But after the burning leigions initial attack and the betrayal of the Dragon Deathwing he lost all his wealth and pride.Burning the homes of those he once called friends Dermond came upon the sentinels and scourge war.Joining neither side he fights for those who pay him the most.
Model:I was thinking just an extra large dragon model or else a coller looking ancient dragon one.

Lightning Blast (G)
Being a blue dragon, Dermond has the natural Ability to breathe lightning. Shooting out this breath shocks the opponent so bad that it stuns them for a short second.
Level 1 - Deals 75 damage and a 1 second stun
Level 2 - Deals 100 damage and 1.5 second stun
Level 3 - Deals 200 damage and 1.5 second stun
Level 4 - Deals 250 damage and 2 second stun.
Mana Cost: 110/120/130/140
Cooldown: 15/20/20/25
Framework: Looks like Tinkers Laser only is a lightning bolt that hits all targets for 5% damage except the main one. spews from Dermonds mouth.
Notes: Great for destroying enemy heros but not much damage.

Dragons Roar (R)
Being an ancient Dragon of power Dermond only has to roar to cause his opponents fear. Has an Aoe of 300.
Level 1 - Loses 5% damage and 1% armor
Level 2 - Loses 10% damage and 2% armor.
Level 3 - loses 15% damage and 3% armor.
Level 4 - loses 20% damage and 4% armor.
Great for weakinging any opponents in the vicinity.
Mana Cost: 50/50/60/70
Cooldown: 15
Framework: A purple swirly appears above any targets withn 300 AoE.

Dragons Breath (T)
Being a dragon Dermond can unleash his species most powerful weapon.A dragons breath.Being a blue dragon Dermond can breathe the feared electric breath.Even razor is appaled when faceing this breath
Level 1 - Deals 100 base damage and slows by 12% move speed
Level 2 - Deals 125 base damage and slows by 14% move speed
Level 3 - Deals 150 base damage and slows by 16% move speed
Level 4 - Deals 300 base damage and slows by 18% move speed
Mana Cost: 110/135/140/155
Cooldown: 10/15/20/25
Framework: Looks like a electric fire wave spell that spews out in a 300 range from Dermonds mouth.
Notes: A blast is issued forth from the mouth dealing massive damage to all nearby opponents.

Dragons Greed (G)
Dermond is like all Dragons.He cannot resist the temptation of gold.When he kills an opponent he searches this opponent for gold or other items of caluable interest.
Level 1 - 9% chance of finding 2x gold on creeps.
Level 2 - 10% chance of finding 2.25x gold on creeps.
Level 3 - 10% chance of finding 2.5x gold on creeps.5% chance of finding 2x gold on heros.6% chance of finding 2x gold on towers
Mana Cost: none
Cooldown: none
Framework: Like transmute only gold bonus amount appears in red letters.

Discussion:

These are my synergies for him including some hero combos.

Skills

Hero Killing-Lightning Bolt+Roar The lightning bolt to slow em down and the roar to subtract any damage they may decide to do.

Creeping-Dragons Breath+Roar+Dragons Greed These are great for creeping. Breath them, Roar them repeat.The money comes in handy for it gains u 2x gold with a 9/10/10% chance.

Easy Money-Dragons Breath+Dragons Greed+Stats:
This will make you easy money real fast.

Item Combos:

Hero Killing
Skadi slows em down and so does shiva.Ring gives u the mana bonus plus mana regeneration ability to use Refresher.Refresher allows you to use your abilities twice.And sheep stick to slow those tanks down.

Creepin
Radiance for the dps.SnY for Attackspeed.Skaldi for the slow down.Orch for everything but soul burn(though comes in handy against those ambushers).Necro For something to be targeted.Perseverance for mana regen.

Heroes

Allies: Basically any one thats a tank, has or can get stun.Some examples are troll(melee) and Bara.

Sniper,Mirana:These are the guys that can chase the runners.

Enemies

tanks.Avoid at all costs.

Pugnas spells will make you pretty useless due to being banished.

Gondar,Rikimaru:Watch out for these guys, they'll sneak up on ya and drain your health.

Silencer:without your spells you can be pretty useless.

2nd skill got frm vengeful's terror eh?ulti seems weak? % for ulti seems too little..1st and 3rd skill good for pwning heroes :)ulti feel that underpowerd.

if you get a bfly that percent increases and if you get a bfury it increases some more.The only thing i could do to that ulti is maybe make 2-4% higher.Other wise i think it'd be a bit too imba.As for second skill it's actually a bit diffrent. Mines both percentages and i actually didn't realize it was that close too it.My bad.
