confused about phantom assassin

confused about phantom assassin

well i use most of the time defensive str heroes until lately my friend mastered phantom assassin, her DPS is HUGE!! And it just kills me when i use Axe in a few seconds... Like... Boom boom bom and i die, and my Counter Helix does nothing much and 3 Vanguards only decrease damage by a little bit when her max damage critical does up to 1300... Scary!!! I thought of using Chaos knight to kill her and some premma basher like Dark terror, but when i use them i sometimes beat her sometimes lose, so just asking for ideas of what kind of heroes, what kind of item build.

Well the thing is late game the only one to beat her is a Yurnero with
AC S&Y Treads Vlads Butterfly HoT/hyperstone/butterfly.
ive owned her late with this before, she had full items also

well, against PA late game, ur best hope is probably troll warlord cause she's got her blur and u got your blind just a game of chance to see who wins of course cross your fingers and pray that no crit comes from her

OR u could try Spectre

Try Nerubian Assassin, one of the most notorious early gamers

get your combo up (Vendetta + Whack + Impale + Mana Burn + Dagon) and kill her as much as possible

then farm up for Bloodstone and butterfly

late game you have your Spiked Carapace and maybe some blademails as your ace

I agree with genso. I think NA is one of the only heroes who pawns so badly early game then as the game moves on, he moves on with late game items which own too.

Another alternative would be to get someone like DK or someone with higher DPS than her. Early game, there are a lot of things that can stop her but if she is farmed up properly late, many have no chance stopping here 1 on 1.

Id like to restate juggernaut with those items cuz he out DPS'es her and crits more. Also place a healing ward behind you when fighting her, either she leaves it or lets u get like 8 shots as she walks over and kills it.

Also Nerubian cuz it makes Mortred suck early, and counters her late

The rule with PA is: don't let her farm. She's like the old naix, if farmed, near unstoppable. In terms of a 5v5 game, try playing bane elemental: early game you can hunt her endlessly (see Steve-O's guide: Steve-O's purple Punk) and late game enfeeble will really stop her massive dps, plus you have two other natural disables and if you get sheepstick... perma disable.

In terms of a 1v1, NA is your best bet, just do as Genso suggests...

@coco: Do keep in mind that the healing range of the ward is merely 400. Though, a satanic would be good in this situation as even though she can cut your life, you can get it back with frequent criticals.

Look this is so easier than u think, since u like defensive str heros pick warchief get 2 blade mails and with ur lvl 3 return she will crit and take more than half of ur damage just get these and then max ur hp she will die without ur attacks.

this is pretty funny tbh. just yesterday my mate was playing axe and there was a mortred on the enemy team, shamefully they all left in ahwile. only mortred and dragonknight stayed.

mort was basically tearing us all to shreds, tho my mate added blademails to his inventory and he ATE mortred.

his axe had
2 blademails
2vangaurds
hot
bot

troll might do the job..

early game troll can harrass her bcause he's range..
late game, permabash owns all!!!
but, still, u have to not let her farm, harrass her early on, build your item fast (butterfly and satanic is your must have item).
