STORY
The murloc have not had any relations in the war of the world tree so there king decided to help the losing side the sentinel and Srrathi was sent and now he crushes enemies with his mutant strength and they slowly but surely fall when he sprays them with his poison gas but his most feared ability is to summon the powers of the sea itself.

sprint: the murloc quickly gathers his courage and charges forward to fight
level 1 +10% movespeed 5 damage per second running and deals 5 damage per second running to himself
level 2 +20% movespeed 10 damage
level 3 +30% movespeed 15 damage
level 4 +40% movespeed 20 damage
cooldown 15/15/15/15 manacost N/A
notes like slardars sprint but extra damage and hurts himself


Skill 2 Poison Gas
level 1 sprays out a gas of poison every five seconds for 20 seconds that deals 10 damage per second for 3 seconds
level 2poison wave every 4 seconds for 30 seconds and deals 10 for 3 seconds
level 3 poison wave every 3 seconds for 40 seconds and deals 10 for 3 seconds
level 4 poison wave every 2 seconds for 50 seconds and deals 10 damage for 4 seconds
cooldown 60/60/60/60 manacost 100/90/80/70
framework like the abominations gas cloud but it fades then comes back then fades ect..

Skill 3 Mutant strength: being one of the Murlocs that were genetically transformed Srrathi can crush creatures in several swipes all the time getting more angry
level 1 every six attacks he stuns for 3 seconds and deals 50 damage extra
level 2 five attacks , 1.3 sec stun, 75 damage
level 3 four attacks , 1.4 sec stun, 100 damage
level 4 four attacks , 1.5 sec stun, 125 damage
passive
notes: this is used as a harass possibly and can help farm


ULTIMATE Living water
The Mutant Murlocs were able to do things with there habitat that no other could do
level 1 creates a shield that blocks 10 damage every attack
level 2 adds 20 extra damage and gives range with mutant strength
level 3 gives both abilitys and a possible chance to deal double damage on an attack slowing by 20%
notes this is a diverse ultimate and can make him a pest late gamer

pros
build up damage passive
good strength gain for more damage
good base attack speed
great ultimate for late game
good harass ability
great chase ability to deal damage fast
cons
not a good ult until level 3
not a good early game
easily harassed
low mana

item build
POSSIBLY a vangaurd if ur going chaser
butterfly for evasion and possible permabash
cranium basher for instant bash masta
mask of madness attk speed for early game

make that stun skill 1.2 seconds stun. you can get a perma. cuhz if you attack fast enuff then you can attack four times in 3 seconds...

lower the stun.

All four skills need to be reworked.

Also, is he agi, str, or int?

Also, 1.1 attack speed?
