Don't know.We call it Brajanova azbuka.I think it's something like Brayans code.

we from montenegro call that brajanova azbuka as well (takodje Wink

). its a type of printing books for blindmen. instead of the letters you have carvings of the letters. blindmen read that by touching the surface with their fingers. i dont know what a rasp is but i think that that some kinda... (i dont know the exact word) wooden pannel. and cuz its made out of wood it has carvings

A rasp looks somewhat like a file on a nailclipper, only biggerand has a handle. Used in woodwork to smoothen and carve wood.
