Description:

A Heavy Large Mace used for Torturing Criminals and is also capable of unleashing deadly strikes that can incapacitate enemies .

Stats:

+ 95 damage
+ 22%(melee)16%(range) to deal 85 Bonus Damage and Stuns The Unit For 1.8sec
+ 30% to cut throught any armor
+ 15 strength

Requirements

*Basher
*Sacred Relic
*Ogre Axe

this item would own even a ranged characters hands.Mind you at the cost,it's understandable.This would only see like 5th tier use though.
