Orb of Darkness

Description:
Kel'Thuzad knew that Vangaurd had a relation to Linken's Sphere. The curious lich experiment with these 2 ancient artifacts. He found out that the weilder of Vanagaurd was Linken's brother. Those artifacts were made from the same substance. The darkness of Vangaurd covers the holy Sphere to make it a mixture of light and darkness.
Grants:-
200% mana regeneration
10 hp regeneration
15 to all stats
65% chance to block 60 damage.
250 hp
30% chance to block a stun attack, 40% block to dodge silence spells and 50% chance to block slowing attacks. Damage will be dealt but stun, silence or slow wont be effected. Targeted and AOE spells both allowed.(Dosnt block passive spells)
Blocks targeted spells every 20 seconds.(If the targeted spell does only stun, slow, silence and no damage, and if the chance works you will dodge it. But if it deals damage or has any other effect than that it wont dodge.)

Linken`s Sphere (5175 gold)
Vanguard (2275 gold)

Discussion:

A must for low hp agi, int heroes. Since Linken's Sphere and Vangaurd both are popular defensive items, i thought mixing both of em would make to ultimate defensive item.

Pros:

10 hp regen almost like HoT

65% chance to block 60 damage, good against dps heroes.

15 to all stats, almost EoS

200% mana regen, good for heroes like luna, zeus who nuke alot.

No effect against stun, silence and slow. Very good against stunners. Mini-stun counts as a stun.

Cons:

Very Costly! 9250 gold!

Costly Recipe 1800 Gold!

Not that good against heavy nukers like zeus. Since zeus's spells have to stun, silence or slow(SSS) and has less cooldown(2 seconds).

This item is a kind too imba!!!
But the idea is great in my opinion, it passes great in some of my strategies

Make it more Balanced and i will buy it!!

Whaste linkens 100% chance to tottaly negate a spell for just a chance of negating stun/slow but still recive damage? Not worth it it seams. If it negates AOE stuns and slows too it might be worth it...but still...

it has chance to negate ALL types of slow/stun/silence spells including AOE spells.
It also blocks a targeted spell every 20 secs. READ THE DISCRIPTION FIRST
