Manji Polo - Flame Spirit

No story yet... Something about the far away pandarian homeland and defending the world tree etc.

Range: 128 | Move Speed: 310
Primary: AGI
Str: 18 + 2 | Agi: 19 + 2.2 | Int: 18 + 2.1
Damage: 49 – 53 | HP: 492 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 0.79 | Mana Regen: 0.73
Attack Speed: 1.43 | Armor: 4


Flame Walk (F)
Turns invisible and increases move speed by 20%. Any units passed through will be set in flames for 5 seconds.
Level 1 - 15 damage/sec. Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 2 - 20 damage/sec. Lasts 6 seconds.
Level 3 - 25 damage/sec. Lasts 8 seconds.
Level 4 - 30 damage/sec. Lasts 10 seconds.
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Framework: Units that are passed through get same ignite effect as with ogre magi's ignite.
Notes: Great damage skill that helps you getting close to an enemy and dealing extra damage with ignited blades.


Immolation (T)
Flame Spirit is able to set himself on fire dealing damage to nearby enemy units.
Level 1 - 15 damage/second
Level 2 - 20 damage/second
Level 3 - 25 damage/second
Level 4 - 30 damage/second
Mana Cost: 6/9/12/15
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: Immolation effect as Fire Panda and Demon hunter in wc3
Notes: Toggle skill. Kinda like Ion Shell but the damage is lower and you can use it whenever you wish.


Ignited Blades
(Passive skill)
Manji's blades are enchanted with fire. Gains extra attack speed when attacking ignited units.
Level 1 - 15% IAS against ignited units
Level 2 - 30% IAS against ignited units
Level 3 - 45% IAS against ignited units
Level 1 - 60% IAS against ignited units
Manacost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: A little explosion on each hit when striking a units that are ignited.
Notes: Got the idea from TF2 and pyros third unlockable. Works very vell with the first skill.


Blazing Leap (E)
Leaps to the target location. Upon impact slams the ground emitting a wave of fire which ignites nearby enemies for 5 seconds and stuns for a short period.
Level 1 - 700 cast range. 1.5 second stun. 30 damage/second.
Level 2 - 900 cast range. 2 second stun. 45 damage/second.
Level 3 - 1100 cast range. 2.5 second stun. 60 damage/second.
Manacost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 60

[EDIT] Changed to AGI, but high INT gain. Lowered Flame Walk duration. Changed Ignited Blades to increase attack speed.

I changed the first and last skills cause they werent very original... Now he has 2 escape skills but both have quite long cooldown so im not sure if he is too imba or not...

1st skill: Duration of Wind Walk? Nice one.
2nd skill: I suppose the mana cost you have there is mana per second... Not so original but no hero had it (except fire panda) so it's nice
3rd skill: balanced
4th skill: Are you able to target anywhere within that 1100 distance or is it like mirana leap? Balanced.
Nice hero, wasn't it approved? I like it.

EDIT: Oh, why INT? Make it AGI.

nice idea, but why does his 1st attack do more damage than his ultimate (assuming his last 1 is his ultimate) maybe you shculd swap them around

First skill is really imba and the combination with 3rd skill makes it really insane. 2nd skill on the other hand is quite weak. Make the ignite length 5/6/7/8.
The ulti is a very good one, perhaps lengthen it at 120/90/60 seconds but why would a storm spirit panda make giant leaps ?
I agree this hero should be AGI to make it a little bit weaker early game (harder to spam spells) and not useless late game.

Overall his spells are really strong so should be tricky to use or easier for opponents to escape (for example the ignite dispels on a normal attack and no ministuns).

Ultimate does more damage. Besides its meant to be a blink/stun which helps getting close to an enemy. Not really a nuke.

Well I suppose it coudl be like suchutsi and grant you full move speed but last only 4 sec or maybe the duration could be like 4/6/8/10 seconds. Dunno yet.

Yea Immolations manacost is mana/sec.

Blazing Leap is more like time walk so you can target anywhere withing that 1100 distance.

I havent tried to submit it on the Hero Ideas section cause it takes so long...

Well maybe Flame Walk's duration is too long but I think the damage isn't too great.

Second skill is a toggle skill and does not ignite enemies... there is no ignite length there. I think it works well with other skills as you will anyways stay close to the target so its extra damage/second.

Dunno why Flame spirit would make giant leaps I just thought that would look cool.

@GHOST and Smithers: Well this hero has mainly nuke skills and no skills that would help him with IAS besides high attack speed would make Ignited Blades really insane. Making him AGI could ne a good idea so he wouldnt be able to spam spells earlygame but then Flame Walks manacost is too high (Compare Suchutsi with 60 manacost all levels). Also maybe then leaping could seem more relevant.
