yes it will stack, but not the way you want it to

the armor it gives you WILL stack, the aspd it give you WILL stack

the auras (armor, -armor, aspd) will NOT stack

The currias's +40 IAS and +10 armor will stack on you, but the auras will not. so, the totals are:
+55 IAS -> +95 IAS
+15 armor -> +25 armor
-5 armor -> -5 armor

For your more general question, yes getting two non-aura items will stack.

Aura items do not, so if you have 6 meks, your allies (and you) only get the benifit of one aura.

% proc items (evasion, bash, etc.) are kind of a mix. Yes, they stack so you'll dodge more attacks with 2 bflys. Just be warned that the chances can proc on the same occasion. The result is the total is less than the sum of the parts.
30% evade -> 45%-50% evade

-5 Armor Aura(doesn't stack)
+40% Attack Speed(stacks)

No, you're losing too much. If you want more survival get a HoT or just another Plate Mail. If you want more ASPD get Butterfly or Hyperstone.
