Search Tool Results Inaccurate

You guys keep suggesting to use the search tool to find a topic done before but you know what the problem is?

Problem is that 7/10 searches I conduct are inaccurate and believe me, I read someone's guide (Caspain's I think) to using the search tool. Well, let me tell you, even after applying it, the search tool is still not much help.

Sorry if this may sound a bit strong or offensive but it's just so much built up frustration on the search tool being released and perhaps it may not be only me but other users may have encountered this before as well.

Look, I understand that nobody's perfect and we all make mistakes but I feel like I really have to inform you of this for something to be done about it.
