Prescence Of Muraad
Creates a Foul aura around Muraad causing nearby enemies to tremble at their feet .
LVL 1 = decreases nearby enemy heroes Primary Atrribute by 7% while increasing Muraad's Primary Attribute by 7%
LVL 2 = decreases nearby enemy heroes Primary Atrribute by 10% while increasing Muraad's Primary Attribute by 10%
LVL 3 = decreases nearby enemy heroes Primary Atrribute by 13% while increasing Muraad's Primary Attribute by 13%
LVL 4 = decreases nearby enemy heroes Primary Atrribute by 16% while increasing Muraad's Primary Attribute by 16%

Mind Blast

Laceration

LVL 2 = capable of binding 12 INT points and adds 9% Movespeed
LVL 3 = capable of binding 16 INT points and adds 13% Movespeed
LVL 4 = capable of binding 20 INT points and adds 17% Movespeed

cooldown - 25 at all levels
ultimate skill
DeathHold
holds the Life of a Target forcing it to see its own death in Muraad's Eyes .
LVL 1 = Holds for 3 seconds . Damages the target per Second by 105% of Muraad's INT . if Killed Muraad permanently gain 2.20 bonus INT points
LVL 2 = Holds for 4 seconds . Damages the target per Second by 145% of Muraad's INT . if Killed Muraad permanently gain 2.50 bonus INT points
LVL 3 = Holds for 5 seconds . Damages the target per Second by 185% of Muraad's INT . if Killed Muraad permanently gain 2.70 bonus INT points
LVL 4(with Aghanims Scepeter) = Holds for 6 seconds . Damages the target per Second by 230% of Muraad's INT . if Killed Muraad permanently gain 3.00 bonus INT points

nice model lol ...
hmmmm...
1st skill: ok skill good for mid-late game ....
2nd skill: Very Nice Skill wid decent cooldown ...
3rd skill: hmmm .... nice skill ... synergies with all of your skills
4th skill: kinda like Fiends grip i think , kinda imba if used with Scepter lol
Awesome hero .... and Great Synergy too .... INT dependent Hero ...

tnx for the comment ..... hmm ... ulti don think if its imba with scepter ... ill wait for more comments ... hehe and its like fiends Grip ... you and the target will not be able to move , cast skills , attack etc ....

horribly imba ult.....at lvl 16 with a scepter as ur only item u do over 3500 damage when you use ur 3rd skill
also, startin stats seem a bit high (63 total)....stat gains are ok tho
other than that it's pretty good...

Great hero. Very interesting and would be a fun guy to play late game. I do think that the ult still needs a nerf though.. With Aghanims the ult should stay at 120 and the intel gain from a kill should be dropped to 2 at all lvls

ok , nerfed it again ... but dont u think it doesnt need the nerf cuz ... it IS kinda useless if used early game because your INT isnt that good yet .. but ok , tnx for your comment though ..

Hmm a very interesting idea, creative and imba as hell IF fed early game which is basically what jahrak'al is all about anyways so not imba.
Great late game damage potential is nulled by low agility, reducing imbaness, I like that.
9.5/10 That .5 is because I'm not sure about 16% main attribute reduction.

Ok.. I guess the CD could stay the same but the INT increase with a kill would have been too high. I like the way you changed it.
