Errors with posting

I always see the message

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'data.dotastrategy.com' (115) in /home/.caviar/bamse/dotastrategy.com/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 48

Warning: mysql_errno(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/.caviar/bamse/dotastrategy.com/forum/db/mysql4.php on line 331
phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

This message when I'm trying to post somthing so I have to keep going back to try it again and again...

Pls, is there any way to fix this?
