Satanic and SnY are Orb Effects. They can't be use together. But on range heroes, they work. [I think so.]

the maim would be canceled .. but in the other hand .. the lifesteal and the stat bonuses from both items work

No, they do not stack. The lifesteal will always override maim, even though maim is chance-activated.

Now I'm confused.. I thought that the lifesteal will "override" the maim..
But then khalilyy said it would work..

Lifesteal and SnY won't stack PERIOD, it doesn't matter if you are melee or ranged. All you can do is just lifesteal and never maim.
