Yes...GotA (Godz of the Arena)

It works on the same principle like dota...2 bases trying to destroy each other and heroes come to the aid...
There are way more heroes and some are realy fun and inovative.
It is still new,in it's starting times...the lastes version beeing 0.47
You will find some heroes realy fun and some heroes pretty imba...i did not play GotA an lot...in fact i only used 4 heroes until now and have seen some on my enemys....2 heroes that i realy liked how they are played are:

The Auramancer...the name says it...all of his spells are auras,includin the ultimate...he has an AS aura,a dmg aura,a armor aura and an armor reduction aura all with 900 AoE

The Deamon Witch (i think) this one is realy imba...he has an 400 dmg nuke and an 320 nuke with 2 sec stun...both with 20 sec cd...an 30% chance that when he casts an spell all his spels go to 0 cd and an 420 dmg ulti with an nice AoE...

Some things are form dota...names items etc

Items go all the way to tier 5 and tier 5 item are REALY imba...for example orb of desolation gives 50 dmg 10 to all stats and -20 armor coruption orb....or heart of serinox gives 40 to all stats and an amazing +200 ms


But still the map is pretty much fun and there are lots of fun heroes...

Looks really fun. I have just tried a couple of heroes but they seem very innovative. I'll definately try it many more times.

i think it copied the items from DotA and the gameplay is like in Dday Oo
if you know what Dday is xD

There are also like 3 roshans
One for 15-ish lvl
One for 25-30 lvl
One for imba build and imba lvl

If you manage to kill the last 'rosha',he gose by the name of Imba Golem,you get an item that gives you 250 dmg 150 ms 40 to all stats and 50 hp per sec...

Btw i love playing with The Spell Breaker (Kel'thuzad)
He has no attack,yes no attack at all.
His spells are: Attack:deals 2.9 time of youre intel in dmg...cost only 10 mana and has an cd of 3 or 4 sec
Inteligente:he gets 5 intel per every rank
Blizzard:5 waves each dealing 160 dmg
Frost Nova:deals 5 times youre intel in dmg...

Get some boots,3-4 nulls,get sorcerer staff for some extra spells and then go for Knowlege of Ages...
P.S. that sorceres staff is an item that gives you 3 extra spells...an disable an buff and a dispel

Ok now I've played a couple of times with my friends and I have realised that the items are imbalanced. Best build is to go straight for Hell's Fire because of the 3 sec stun and massive damage and then fill your inventory with fire staffs since they stack. The damage is huge on any hero because its magical and is not reduced by armor.

there's (or at least was last version i played) an item which gave 50 HP regen per second :O
best hero ever: the chicken xD it has a skill, "annoy", deselects enemy players heroes / stores or whatever else they're looking at and moves the screen to the center of the map xD

I guess they will balance it out later on. sounds fun also. so its similiar to dota right. and its play in warcraft 3 FTF?
