Vladimirs or Vanguard for Magina, What is better?

what is better for the anti-mage cuz sometimes it seems that getting vlads will be more efficient due w/ his high base

I will get both usually but i prefer vangaurd first because the regen is more significant in early games. If the other team is all Int, then dont buy vanguard.

Vanguard.

HP and regen is more important early to mid game.

Lifesteal will only be good if you already has damage and ASPD items.

Vanguard is alot more important. Magina is the type of hero that does alot of tower diving so he really needs the damage block.

let me clarify why is vladmirs bad

magina's main source of early game damage is mana break, which deal sommewhat 30-40 chaos magical damage. mkb, a favorite item in term of DPS for magina is also magical(the 100 bonus). lifesteal does not come from any magical damage source even if it is dealt physically. so in short, vanguard is better

I prefer vladmir after he get butter or buriza. But before that, vanguard is my choice.

Depends on what u need. If there r many nukers, get HoD, otherwise vanguard. Then u may consider radiance for attack-escape type of magina if u wish to make him as battle type(more recommended, u should get vlads.

Vladmir's? I think Magina is orb effect, I prefer for Vanguard..

although i hate to admit it..

i'm not a vanguard fan, more of a lifesteal fan...

but for Magina's case..

i prefer Vangaurd over Vladmir's Offering.. why?

- Vanguard gives him the toughness he lacks, the regen he so needs, the blocking he needs for chasing.. even though Magina has magic reduction, if he gets slowed or stunned, he will be vulnerable.. but if you have Vanguard, you have more chances of surviving..

Imaging if Magina were chasing a hero, even though he's great with his blink, the fact that he doesn't have disables makes it hard for him to perform consecutive strikes unless the opponent is very slow.. so with that considered, Vladmir's lifesteal can't really be utilized as much as Vanguard which works 24/7.

- Vladmir's Offering, gives him lifesteal that's not an orb.. gives him lifesteal aura, armor aura, brilliance aura.. I also use this for Magina.. but it really depends on the matchup..

Vanguard is better the Vladmir's Offering on early to mid game, Vladmir's Offering is better late game, when Magina gets Butterfly..

Well, Vanguard is my choice since the block damage and the regen can help him sustain, I'll consider vlads too but Its not that much necessary for him since it only gives damage, devotion aura, brilliance aura and lifesteal, I only buy it at mid-late games only. Then I'll buy some luxury items like butterfly.
