A rare substance known as voidstuff was bottled into magically stabalizing vials to be consumed for great effect.
WARNING : CONTAINS VOICOTINE WHICH CAN HAVE HABIT FORMING EFFECTS!!!
Requires : Money
Cost : 450g
Ability : Gifts the imbiber with unleashed arcane potency, causing its direct target spells to heal them for 20% of the damage and its AoE spells to heal them for 8% of the damage for 12 seconds. The effect will be canceled if you reach full life.
Mana cost : 35
Cooldown : 24
*Stacks in inventory up to 5 times.
A magic version of lifesteal. Good for those spell spammers like zues, rigwarl, and lesh.
AoE spells that are still considered direct target are :
-Chain Lightning
-Forked Ligtning
-Omnislash
-Arc Lightning
-Purify
-Paralyzing Cask (against creeps)
-Chain Frost
-Lightning Storm
-Frost Nova
-Nature's Wrath
Basically any spell that effects more than one target but you have to click a single target to activate.

great idea! btw, is there a cooldown on it? and does it stack?
either way, id get this on someone with a massive damage output AoE spell like Furion, Lich, Crixalis, or Luna ^^
or just get it on Obsidian Destroyer and wreck heroes left and right

Well screw it I'm a trend setter so I'm hoping that the rules only applied to effects such as "grants 2hp regen over 1700 seconds" or what have you.

Yeah i was thinking along those lines too but im not so sure =\
We'll have to wait for ghost or shim to clarify
[Edit]: Not sure if you changed it to 15% spell damage healed or not but thats actually a very small amount
E.g. 300 x 15% = 45
Thats barely any hp healed there =\

u use level 3 Sonic Wave on a 10 unit creep wave that also has 2 heroes:
so 600 x 12 = 7200
then 7200 x 0.15 = 1080

Yeah like i said rigwarl and lesh are prime candidates.
Rigwarl for those 12 seconds can end up dealing 700 damage. imagine that against 10 targets.
700*10 = 7000*0.15 = 1050 hp healed (thats with 0 armor)... which is why it only lasts 12 seconds and only is good under pretty extreme circumstances.
Same goes for lesh. a lesh with a scepter can pump ut 177 damage a second, if he is hitting 5 targets he can generate 10062 (7547 with natural sp reduction) damage over those 12 seconds, which equates to 1593 (1132) life healed, which makes me think of a decent nerf...
*The effect will end if you reach full life.

This item has the potential to be sooo imba. Think about Pudge with this, for example - Rot on more than 2 targets = he loses no helath at all. And if there is more, he is basicly healing himself with Rot. Imagine that, while also using Ulti on someone. What about nevermore? He could spam wraze early and always be at full hp easily. Storm would excell with good damage from 3 of his spells - this would help him at survivability greatly. Actualy, any hero with AoE spells would simply be incredible with this - tiny, jakiro, pugna, necrolyte(+ ulti woohoo), SK, ES, which doctor(maledict ftw), puck, mirana....

There added that aoe spells only prudce and 8% heal, and direct target spells produce 20% healing, i.e laguna blade would heal for 170, and rot would heal for 8 per target per second, so 2 target would = 16 hp healed per sec.

Eff man..Lich with refresher lmfao, its like what, 550 each shot? (550*7)2*.08. 600 random hp heal and you get to kill 3-5 ppl with it!
