Fury Strike (R)
Kaito creates a compress mana blast formed on his katana that ignores opponents defence and disorients opponents depending on their physical status.

effects depends on your target life points
decreases movespeed by 20% if target's life is 100% to 60% decreases movespeed by 50% target's life is 60% to 30%
stuns target for 2 seconds target's life is 30% or less
has a casting time of 1 sec and casting range of 700

Level 1 - deals 90 damage
Level 2 - deals 150 damage
Level 3 - deals 210 damage
Level 4 - deals 270 damage
Mana Cost: 130
Cooldown: 10 sec
Framework: a sharp line that will show (like a representation of a glance attack)
Notes: if the target goes beyond 700 range while casting this skill (or you have been killed) while the casting time didn't reached 50 percent of casting time it will dispell but if it reached th 50% casting time it will deal damage to the enemy

example
let's say your target hero has 1000 life point max and currently has 600 left it will trigger the -50% movespeed

Parry (X)
blocks opponents attack on random amounts and can even throw their attack in a small chance
Level 1 - 10% chance to block 20% damage / 5% chance to block 50% damage / 3% chance to block 100% damage and deflects attack by an a 5% chance if you score a 100% full block
Level 2 - 15% chance to block 20% damage / 10% chance to block 50% damage / 5% chance to block 100% damage and deflects attack by 5% chance if you score a 100% full block
Level 3 - 20% chance to block 20% damage / 12% chance to block 50% damage / 8% chance to block 100% damage and deflects attack by 5% chance if you score a 100% full block
Level 4 - 25% chance to block 20% damage / 15% chance to block 50% damage / 10% chance to block 100% damage and deflects attack by 5% chance if you score a 100% full block
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

this gives you random percentage of block
lets say if you're under attack
it's either you can block 20% of it or 50% or 100% based on their percentage

deflects work if you score a 1005 block

let say kaito block 100% he haave a 5% chance to throw back their attack (i was thinking of making it able to block magic to)
