Str: 25 + 2.4 | Agi: 11 + 1.2 | Int: 17 + 1.5
Damage: 49 - 58 | HP: 625 | Mana: 221
HP Regen: 1.00 | Mana Regen: 0.69
Attack Speed: 1.53 | Armor: 2.5

After spending 30 years cutting trees in Stranglethorn Vale, Krill thought that he needs to cut moving targets... that's how he joined the Scourge.

Oil Leak (L)

Slows units in target area.

lvl 1 - 6% slow
lvl 2 - 12% slow
lvl 3 - 18% slow
lvl 4 - 25% slow

(stacks up to 50% slow)

Lasts 7/8/9/10 seconds on all levels.
Mana cost - 90/100/110/125
Cooldown - 6 seconds
AoE - 400

Improved Shell (PASSIVE)

Allows Krill to absorb some damage, also makes his attacks more lethal.

lvl 1 - 6 dmg absorbed, +7 dmg
lvl 2 - 12 dmg absorbed, +14 dmg
lvl 3 - 18 dmg absorbed, +21 dmg
lvl 4 - 24 dmg absorbed, +28 dmg

Flashbang (F)

Throws a blinding grenade. Units in 250 AoE of grenade explosion take 150 damage and are stunned for 1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds, units in 600 AoE of grenade explosion have 9%/18%/27%/36% chance to miss their attacks.

Blind lasts 12 seconds.
Mana cost - 90/100/110/120
Cooldown - 16 seconds

Throw Saw (T)

Throws a saw in target location. First unit hit by the saw takes damage equal to distance (like Impetus but 80%/100%/120% of distance), second unit hit by the saw takes 40%/50%/60% of distance.

Range - 700
Mana cost - 175/225/275
Cooldown - 100 seconds/80 seconds/60 seconds

Notes:

Oil Leak is something like AoE Nasal Goo of Bristleback
Improved Shell is combo of Tidehunter's Kraken Shell and Tiny's Grow
Flashbang is similar to AoE Troll's Blind and Lina's Light Strike Array
Saw can be imagined as PotM's arrow but without the stun, just dealing heavy distance-based damage

Oil leak is fine, chase support. Improved shell is a bit bland, but okay. Flashbang stuns too long and cools too fast, reduce. Saw, did you conseder how much damage the saw travels? 80% of 700 is already a big amount, plus, if they run, they take even more. Major nerf to 45%/70%/95% Travels max distance(since it hits a 2nd unit, and projectile speed(normal ranged attack of hero=900)?

I can agree only with Flashbang's stun duration... I considered the saw damage... first it's hard to target, because it targets location, not units. projectile speed is supposed to be the same as PotM's stun arrow skill. Also, maximum damage is 120%*700 = 840... Lina's ulti does around 1100 at lvl 3, so I don't think it is overpowered.

so 700 is the distance cap, then? Makes it pretty weak,if only 2 units are hit.
