Primary Attribute? Armor? He looks REALLY frail and slow. Add that to the fact that he takes 25% more damage from attacks. I don't see any skill synergy either.
At least increase added movespeed in Savage Ram to 10%/20%/30%/40% so it'll be like Sprint.

I'll try, heheh.
But if you want to see the primary attribute and armor, look at the image, man!

Skills:
Wrecking Ball - can you move during the duration? This isn't targeted, right? anyway, lower the cooldown to 15 seconds, lower the cast time(or have bradwarden's hoof stomp problem) because your movespeed is terrible and relying on Ram too much would deplete your mana to nil.
Ram - Good enough, though 140 is a bit steep, 125 mana at lvl 4 should do. This auto-ends at 1000 units? that would be a bit weird, because if the opponent moves as well, and you start pretty far, it'll end abruptly.
Radas- Balanced enough. They recieve damage equal to 25% of no resist damage, or 25% after resist damage?
Magnaradas - Pusher skill, good support, painful drawback. I suppose it's fine.
Stats:
Horrible move speed and attack rate. buff them a bit. Rest is fine, I assume the low start HP is for balancing gains or something, but you can spare a point or 2 more STR.
This hero is trying to cover too much ground, in my opinion. Skills are pretty scattered from killer/chaser/pusher. You also have mana-intensive abilities and low INT gains. Try to make your skills more focused. Look at skill synergy, only 1 is listed there.

Stats:
¯Made Str. gain added by 1 ^^
¯Give him move and aspd boost
Skills:
1. Okay, when you try to move when using Wrecking Ball, you'll have 100 movespeed.
2. When you cast Savage Ram, the hero becomes invicible, then becomes vicible when reaches 400 distance but 50% transparency, then the transparency becomes more opaque until reaching 800 distance.
So when they see the hero, it's almost too late to move away. Avoid it with Blink
3. No changes
U. No changes
For the synergies in skills, only 1 and only 1 is listed because that's the challenge of this hero. You will rely on items AND skills, like Alchemist. But you'll have a major pain for the item-skill casting.
Like:
Cast one item and another, at the same time you must be aware of your skills.
