Ok guys, i've edited the skills and some updates with this hero, so please please vote! thanks and have fun with this mecha hero =)

Kira Yamato - Ultimate Coodinator

Accidentaly stumbling across the land of Azeroth, Kira have no choice but to fight to survive. However, seeing many warriors of the sentinels fight the unholy scourge, Kira thought something must be done to stop the fighting and bring peace to the land so that he can return to PLANT. Micronising the Strike Freedom as well as himself with help from Rhasta such as to conserve power on his mobile suit, the Strike Freedom still retains most, if not all of its technological marvel. Be it his born ability to pilot his gundam so well, or his mobile suit's incredible power, Kira is one to watch out on the battlefield.


[Edit] Beam Swords/ Beam Rifles (B)
Kira can freely switch between his beam sabres or beam rifles, giving him more range or more attack speed depending on the situation. Switching to Beam Sabers lets kira attack more frequently and deal heavier damage.
Level 1 - By switching to Beam Sabers, Strike Freedom deals an extra 10 attack damage and attacks 10% faster
Level 2 - By switching to Beam Sabers, Strike Freedom deals an extra 20 attack damage and attacks 15% faster
Level 3 - By switching to Beam Sabers, Strike Freedom deals an extra 30 attack damage and attacks 20% faster
Level 4 - By switching to Beam Sabers, Strike Freedom deals an extra 40 attack damage and attacks 30% faster
Strike Freedom will have a 0.3 sec lag time when switching weapons

Cooldown: -
Framework: When switching weapons, Strike Freedom Gundam will put his rifles at his waist and wields two beam sabers, all in the 0.3 sec lag time. beam sabers are pink, while rifle beams are green
Notes: Giving the Gundam an edge over melee combat and can switch to ranged beam rifles to harrass and farm at a safe distance.

[Edit] Ultimate Coordinator (-)
Kira is extremely skilled with the Strike Freedom- he can evade incoming damage. Kira can also mini-stun for 0.3 seconds and deal extra damage the opponent only in the melee mode. Also, the Strike Freedom Gundam moves faster.
Level 1 - Strike Freedom gains evasion of 7%, chance of mini-stun and 20 extra damage in melee mode is 15%. Strike Freedom gains 10 extra movement speed
Level 2 - Strike Freedom gains evasion of 15%, chance of mini-stun and 30 extra damage in melee mode is 15%. Strike Freedom gains 20 extra movement speed
Level 3 - Strike Freedom gains evasion of 23%, chance of mini-stun and 40 extra damage in melee mode is 20%. Strike Freedom gains 30 extra movement speed
Level 4 - Strike Freedom gains evasion of 30%, chance of mini-stun and 60 extra damage in melee mode is 30%. Strike Freedom gains 40 extra movement speed

Framework: A small icon is shown like phantom assasin's blur. Also, when evading attacks, a blue wisp will appear around the Strike Freedom. Upon maxing this skill, the strike freedom, instead of running, will fly by opening its wings as seen in the anime
Notes: basically a skill for anit-DPS and the strike freedom is built as a tank. the extra movement speed is cool too

[Edit] Combined Beam Rifles (C)
Utilizing the Strike Freedom's twin beam rifles, Kira can combine them together and fire a very powerful beam that deals damage to all enemies in a straight line for 700 distance, also stuns the enemy momentarily due to extreme pain. However, the beam will lose its power after hitting any body and hence get a reduction of 30% damage and stun time after hitting an enemy.
Level 1 - Beam deals 100 damage, stuns for 2 seconds
Level 2 - Beam deals 180 damage, stuns for 2 seconds
Level 3 - Beam deals 260 damage, stuns for 3 seconds
Level 4 - Beam deals 340 damage, stuns for 3 seconds
Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120
Cooldown: 20
Framework: Fires off a green beam like Tinker's laser beam, also has the same speed as it. have to be aimed like mirana's arrow. Strike freedom will have a 1 second lag time when casting the spell as the animation for combining the beam rifles
Notes: The gank initiator and a great stunning spell, pretty good for a strength hero, actually

[Edit] Full Burst Mode (F)
The Strike Freedom locks on at 13 different enemies within a 700 AOE radius with his 2 beam rifles, beam cannon and 2 rail cannons, as well as his 8 DRAGOON units. If there are less than 13 enemy units, an enemy unit can be hit more than once. There will also be a maximum number of beams that are allowed to hit an enemy
Level 1 - Each beam deals 200 damage. Maximum number of times an enemy can be hit is 3 times
Level 2 - Each beam deals 250 damage. Maximum number of times an enemy can be hit is 5 times
Level 3 - Each beam deals 300 damage. Maximum number of times an enemy can be hit is 7 times
Mana Cost: 250/300/350
Cooldown: 130/120/110
Framework: When the spell is cast, all the eight DRAGOON units will be released from the opened wings of the Strike Freedom, and 13 crosshairs will pop out on every enemy unit in a 700 AoE. After 1.5 seconds of channeling, Kira shouts "ATARE!(HIT THEM!), and 13 beams: 1 white, 2 yellow and 2 green beams from the Strike Freedom and 8 green beams from each of the DRAGOON units, fires off and hit the enemies.
Notes: Strike Freedom's ultimate is really an AoE spell, with a twist. So basically, the less the opponent, the more powerful your attack. However, you can be disrupted from channelling your ultimate by stuns and the like.

Discussion:

Ahaha, another anime idea from me! hmm... since i just did the strike freedom model, so it inspired me to produce this idea...

Anyways, Kira is played as a tank and a semi-DPSer due to ultimate coordinator and Beam Sabers/ Beam Rifles and his good strength gain, as well as a semi-nuker due to Combined Beam Rifles and Full Burst mode as well. the only problem is that Kira needed more mana and more attackspeed as his agility gain isn't that great.

So some possible synergies...

switch to beam sabres, cast combined beam rifles and attack the enemy using your attackspeed via ultimate coordinator, or due to the long stun you can channel full burst mode to take down the enemy

so, some item suggestions

Black King Bar- You do not want to be stunned when channeling full-burst mode do you? also it helps with your damage as well

Mask of Madness- Kira goes berserk... good attackspeed and lifesteal... looking pretty good eh? =)

Orchid Malevolence- Maybe an increase in attack speed, and also good mana regeneration. added silence is a bonus when casting your ultimate

Assault Cuirass / Heart of Tarrasque- Well? Kira is a tank =P

Its actually better because its always a 3sec stun, but 1sec channelling makes it near worthless unless they're right next to you

1sec cast time for 3sec stun is balanced

I dislike how similar this hero is the Troll, with the same weapon-switch attitude. Other than that, it's a good hero idea and well-balanced, and I'm always inclined to give good reviews of ranged strength heroes! There just aren't enough of them in this game...
