Price: 3500 gold

Description:
The sacred item of a sacred grave keeper. It gives the mark of the beast...the 666.

GIVES:
+200% Mana Regeneration
+15 Intelligence
+25 Damage
+15% Attack Speed

Active Ability: Mark of the Beast

Effect: Curse an enemy hero with the mark of the beast...666...cursed unit will be visible for 15 seconds. Cursed hero will suffer 15 damage and will be slowed by 4% per second.
Casting range: 600
Manacost: 100
Cooldown: 55


Requires:
Oblivion Staff (1675 gold)
Void Stone (900 gold)
Unholy Cross Recipe Scroll

Discussion:

Pros:

* Gives good regeneration
* Gives decent mana from Int bonus
* Decent damage and attack speed
* Special counter for windwalkers

Cons:

* Pretty expensive
* There are some other items with similar price

The effect...does it deal 10 damage per second and slows by 2% each second? So that would mean it deals 150 damage all together, and slows by 30% at max...quite fine. But it is still of almost no use, except on fleeing heroes with little HP....and the vision, that one is good. Also, state the casting range of this spell.

But, the thing that is wrong here are the components - so we have mana regen, int, lifesteal, damage and attack speed. Which basicly makes no sence - I would never get it on the heroes you sugested(except Visage and maybe Jakiro) since:
1) They don't need the lifesteal
2) They don't need the damage
3) They don't need the attackspeed

So, pretty much, I would get this on some carries who need mana. Since the lifesteal is good and the damage+AS. Like: Mortred, Venomancer, Mirana, Huskar(maybe), Luna, Morphling etc. Certanly not on Ryali or Enigma...

pretty much agree with guns.
and it seems like a caster item with lifesteal, not really good imo.
if i were you i would have removed the lifeleech.
but it's your idea, and i respect it. ^_^
