Description:
The Oculus is somewhat of an enigma. No living being can understand the magical forces that work inside the shimmering orb of unknown gems, nor its link to the arcane and the three elements. However, a skilled mage can harness the power of the crystal known as the Oculus and manifest their choice of ice, fire, or lightning into their spells, unleashing the power of true magic against their foes.

Grants:
+5 Int
+15 To all stats
+400 Mana
+450 Health
+125% Mana Regeneration
Passive: Elemental Power
Toggleable between ICE, FIRE, LIGHTNING.

ICE: Spells slow affected targets by 25% for 3 seconds and deal 20 extra damage. Spells have a 30% chance to unleash a frost nova that slows nearby targets for 40% for 4 seconds and deals 75 damage.

FIRE: Spells deal 30 damage and 10 per second for 3 seconds after afterwards. Spells have a 35% chance to unleash an inferno which alights the ground around the caster for 5 seconds dealing 30 damage per second.

LIGHTNING: Spells deal 50 extra damage to affected targets and ministun theme. Spells have a 25% chance to unleash a static pulse which deals 100 damage to nearby units and stuns them for .5 seconds.

Each effect can only ENHANCE spells once every 3 seconds, and each effect can only ACTIVATE every 6 seconds. These cooldowns do not share between forms. There is a 5 second cooldown between switching forms. ENHANCING effects do not occur on positive spells, but ACTIVATED effects do.

Soul Booster (3300 gold)
Void Stone (900 gold)
Ultimate Orb (2100 gold)
The Oculus Recipe Scroll (700 gold)

wow you're fanatic about soul booster aren't you? or is it because soul booster looks like a gemstone? just kidding.....

is Oculus a real gemstone?

the item is pretty well made, it has been thought deeply so it can release the full potential. but I have a question, what is the first effect you got when you buy this item? ice, fire, or lighning? and what is the toggle order?

Would probably start at Ice and go

Ice/Fire/Lighting/Ice/Fire/Lightning/Etc.

Anyways I like soulbooster since it fits as a gemstone component plus its an underused item, AND it matched the Oculus from Diablo II which gave.

+3 To Frost Trees
+3 To Fire Trees
+3 To Lightning Trees
+20 Vitality
+20 Energy

Therefore you put those together and voila, teh Occy ;D
