Reverberating Blade

Price: 4250 gold

Description:
A blade empowered with a pulsating fury within. Target's struck by the blade feel the pulses of the blade within themselves, causing internal harm.


Requires:
Broadsword (1200 gold)
Hyperstone (2100 gold)
Reverberating Blade Recipe Scroll (950 gold)

Discussion:

Gives:

•+60% attackspeed
•+15 damage
•20% chance to induce Reverberations within the target, causing damage and stunning the target.

Reverberate (passive): Target takes 20 damage every 3 seconds for 6 seconds (1 at start, 2 after) and is stunned for .3 seconds every 3 seconds. Effect stacks 3 times.


For those of you wondering, the word Reverberate means a vibration in sound. The idea for the effect is basically the vibration stuns the target multiple times as it bounces around their body. This item would be good for heroes that need some form of stun, but don't want to make mkb or cranium for it.

yes it is like it, if you think it is too OP, I could change it to high percentage slowing, maybe like 60% for 1.2 seconds.
