Boots of Speed (500 gold)

Kelen's Dagger (2100 gold)
Western boots recipes scroll (400 gold)
Discussion:

Statistics:

This item gives:

+80 MS (does not stack with boots of speed, boots of travel, power threads, phase boots, and western boots)

+3 all stats

Passive:

element of surprise
Everytime the bearer blinks below 600 range, the next attack will knock backs the target 200 unit away from the bearer direction. If more than 600 range, deals 0.1 ministun on everyone in 300 AOE

Active:

Blink
Teleports you up to 1200 range. Can't activate if you already been hurt in the past 3 secs.
manacost 75
cooldown 20



pros
-many chasing technique
-many escape technique

cons
-very expensive
-many for chasers only
-blink cooldown higher than the normal ones

lolwut our items have the same name XD

i think u just have to get a recipe. without a recipe, u get more 30 ms, 3 stats, and a passive, even though blink has longer cooldown lolz

Since I my ideas can't go through teh mods then I choose to criticize the ideas.

First, Why do i need to buy this item when the passive effect of this item can ruin the concept of chasing a hero?

Second, Where did I get the bonus 3 stats?

BTW Nice idea if you are making a MS item since I am finding what other ways can bonus MS boost.

It can ruin the concept of chasing the hero when the your attack has the greater bash effect.
