Who?!?!? except for early game though Zues can kill him early game but who can counter him late game?? Ursa and troll are already one.

All depends on item builds, and the players. Also, are you talking 1v1?

Void, Slardar, Mortred, Rexxar (yeah!) Centaur

Alot of heroes can.

He's not an IMBA hero (IMBA; Imbalanced).

Bashes or disables eat through him like nothing, I tell you that. Rexxar with Necro 3 and perhaps an Armlet (just perhaps!) will eat throug him, no matter if he gets BKB since Rexxars stun goes through and voioiop! Dead little wannabe-Riki.

Another way to counter him so to constantly push. And carry TP scrolls and hope he doesnt get Basher/MKB/Guinsoo/Euls.

Problem solved.

@roffel
if slark bought basher as well as necro 3, i don't think rexxar will be owning. late game slark pretty hard to beat, to net kills is hard, but defeating of ancient is ok. also powerhouse carries like ursa, troll and void will lose because their stats will go down the drain. i think no one can beat a late game slark, provided the match is fair.

imo a good counter to slark is mangix.Slark will miss most of his attacks so he wont be able to steal stats.

Slark is a mid game ganker, in late games team battles slark cant survive if the other team carry sentry/gem. if ur talking about full build one on one, there r lots of heros who can beat the shit out of him, Tiny/Lina/Rhasta/Void are aome examples.

ursa warrior,windrunner,nerubien assasin,pandaren brewmaster,troll,lion,witch doctor etc.... almost all hero can kill him at late game
out farm him,stop him from farming and you can simply win.or heroes with evasion and/or accuracy reductionskill like lazer and blind.or even better with fast hand,get blademail.

Tinker with Ghost Scepter and Guinsoo with maybe Dagon

Sriously Slark has wayyy too low hp to be practical late game unless fed.

Witch Doctor can own him pretty good you know, he won't be farming that well against WD...

if WD can get a Dagon, BKB, Guinsoo, Dagger, and maybe a Gem then it won't be a problem to take him down (ofcourse im talking about a well farmed WD at late game)...

heroes that dun allow him to steal their stats aswell as heroes with very high stat gain lik tb and pl can own him. Anti dps heroes lik enchant and medusa can aswell. Heroes with high damage lik rk and ap can. So have fun ownin teh n00b hero slark. XD.

slark is not actually imba. his skills are made up for by worse than usual health. iirc only enchantress is weaker.

Even if he is heavilly fed mort can own him,2 crits and gg...also any permabasher can rape him(void,trol,even bara)...All this,ofc,assuming they get dust at least...Imo slark is not that imba late game vs other carries,but can rly -bleep- up those piggy heroes like axe,cent,bristle by messing up their str...
