Beer(Reloaded) - My November GC Entry!

Beer!

Description:
Came from the great breweries of the world. This drink makes every person more powerful. This is their secret in winning every battle. This makes the person drunk for a duration of time making them able to dodge any attack or spell. It also increases the persons attack speed and movement speed.

Active : Drunk
Manacost: 125
Cooldown: 25
Duration: 10 secs

Drinking this beer makes the person drunk.

30% dodge to spells(except ultimates) and attacks.except ultimates) and attacks.(Evasion to physical attacks cannot stack with other evasion to physical attacks but overrides it.)
25% increase in Movement speed and Attack speed.

Recipe
Yasha (2250 gold)
Talisman of Evasion (1800 gold)
Planeswalkers Cloak (400 gold)
Total:4450

Discussion

At last another idea of a alcoholic drink in DotA. This makes DPS heroes to go into action without thinking of the consequences that they might die fast or severely damage. Especially this is great for this heroes:

There maybe other but that's all I can think of that can benefit for this item. Though intelligence heroes who has a large amount of damage can also benefit on this. Just like what I listed there, Silencer. Since he has a good orb, he can now go into clashes early since he (I think) isthe always one who is going to be killed first since he has a bad hp pool.

So that's it! I hope you liked the idea.

Remember: Drinking alcohol prohibited to minors.

I think you should make it so that the recipe requires a Talisman of Evasion. Then it gives you a choice of what you want to upgrade it to.

I would prefer a hyperstone than this item, or even a Butterfly with some extra farming. The fact that this item only gives you an active spell makes it very unattractive.

No negatives for getting drunk? 15% chance for alcohol poisoning, deals 250 pure dmg at end of duration, and the effects are all reduced by 10% if its a bad brew.

Exactly, but if you add stats, and then put the chance of having a bad brew of beer, it balances...?
