He should look like a humen With green skin

STORY:

Klemen was adopted poor family which raised him like a mage.Whene he tried a complecated
spell he discovered his advantage he has very poisenus breath whene cast a spell.He turned into a beast covered with alges.After he discovered that advantage he decided to use them for helping the Frozen Throme.

Spells:

Stinkbreath(E)

Very powerful and poisenus smoke wich poisens and damages Klemen an opponents.
Level 1-deals 10 damage every second for 3 seconds
Level 2-deals 12 damage every second for 5 seconds
Level 3-deals 15 damage every second for 8 seconds
Level 4-deals 20 damage every second for 10 seconds

Mana cost:175/160/145/130
Cooldown:20/15/12/8

Framework:Klemen throws a ball out of his mouth (ball color should be yellow with a little bit of green)
Notes:This spell is very short chanelling from (0.3-0.5 sec)

Lifestealer Aura

Klemen gains HP/MP for each unit killed
Level 1-regains 1HP/1MP
Level 2-regains 3HP/3MP
Level 3-regains 5HP/5MP
Level 4-regains 20%HP/50%MP used on unit

framework:klemen ha effect like using bottle all the time
Note:skill is passive and what will he get is depending on what does he need more.

Illusion(S)
Klemen creates illusion of himself.
Level 1-1 illusion dealing 90% dmg 400HP
Level 2-2 illusions dealing 90% dmg 500HP
Level 3-5 illusions dealing 80% dmg 550HP
Level 4-7 illusions dealing 80% dmg 600HP

mana cost:130/110/90/80
Cooldown:120/140/145/150

Framework:klemen splits like naga siren's mirror image
Note: if illusion is killed klemen gets 100 damage

True Form(R)
Klemen turns into a cloud of poisenus gas delaing extra dmg.
Level 1-+100 dmg leasts 30sec
Level 2-+150 dmg leasts 50sec
Level 3-+200 dmg leasts 60sec

mana cost:300
Cooldown:180/160/140/120

Framework:klemen shrinks and thene expandes into small cloud
Note:Klemen looses twice HP for 2 sec after turning back into human.

I dont like the idea of the story. The skills are weird and lack information. Also, you seem to have done this in a rush, so the language is not too proper. The skills do not tally with the story and the story seems weird. Lousy, try to improve.

Stinkbreath is kinda weak, maybe change it into an orb ability and weaken it. Life Stealer Aura should get a name change, also the scaling should be based on the same variable. True Form is very imba

IMBA ultimate, so IMBA, that rest of skills may be UP, yet he still be overpowred. I mean, +200 damage for 60 seconds? C'mon...
