Mjollnor is a new recipe that allows you to upgrade your Maelstorm. Mjollnor gives you a 20% chance to cast 200 damage chain lighting on attack, and gives you the ability that allows you give a buff with powers to similiar to that of Axe's Counter Helix and it also gives you 35 agility. But with the same amount of money you could get a Butterfly and other items, Butterfly gives you 25% attack speed, 25% Evasion, 25 damage and 25 agility.

So is Mjollnor really worth the money??

It's great farming item. The fact that you have Maelstrom means farming for an Eaglehorn will be easy.

Depends upon the hero. Razor would definitely benefit from it, since he mostly uses Maelstrom already.

I know I place this baby on Alchemist, since he needed to farm for gold, why not go for maelstrom and eaglehorn, heheh. Got 999999 gold?

Meh, Axe is a STR hero. IMO, Eaglehorn doesn't really play a big impact on STR heroes.

Well, if you're talking about Axe, I think it's not that bad, since he has more armor from it, and has a chance to give a large damage without increase his damage.
Well, that's for me, because if I played Axe, I give him armor items, not damage items.

For other hero [agile], it sure help since it give a good chance of decent damage and agile hero's big armor [for another chances].

when the an AGI hero needs the chain lightning then give him mjolnir if not then give him butterfly

yea, axe and Razor can use this item well. other agility heroes who already have evasion may benefit from it too! Such as Faceless void, mortred, and Bounty hunter.

IMO, Razor and Troll Warlord are the ones who will benifit from this item the most, since having more aspd means more chain lightnings, that and most Razor and Troll players already use Maelstrom so why not upgrade it?

this item is great for razor when i first see this item i thought that it is nice to zeus bec auto chainlightning but its more nicer to razor.. well buy this item if needed by an hero...

i think maelstrom is better.keep it at that.mjollnir is just cheese that you dont need.but its pretty neat though.
