Description: The Lone Assassin slashes the victim with a message. Deals damage based on agility and intelligence and pulls the target towards the lone assassin.
Cast Range - 350
Cast time - .15
Level 1 - Deals 2(1/6 agility + 1/6 intelligence) damage
Level 2 - Deals 2(1/4 agility + intelligence) damage
Level 3 - Deals 2(1/2 agility + intelligence) damage
Level 4 - Deals 2(agility + intelligence) damage

Round Shade(D) - X mana - 20 s.c.
Description: The Lone Assassin blends on the surroundings, making him invicible and blurred at the same time and will deal backstab damage as soon as attacking a target and disabling the shade. Lasts 8 seconds with 25% bonus movespeed.
Level 1 - 40 backstab damage, 100 mana
Level 2 - 60 backstab damage, 90 mana
Level 3 - 90 backstab damage, 70 mana
Level 4 - 130 backstab damage, 60 mana

Scythe Breaker - Passive
Description: The Lone Assassin's scythe has destroyed billions of undead, cursing it with burning blood of the damned. Gives additional damage and splash damage(works w/air units).
Level 1 - 5 bonus damage, 10% splash damage
Level 2 - 10 bonus damage, 15% splash damage
Level 3 - 15 bonus damage, 25% splash damage
Level 4 - 20 bonus damage, 40% splash damage

Kaze Spirit Mastery - Passive
Description: The Lone Assassin's unknown training gives him the powers of the wind, giving him additional agility and additional damage when attacking enemy units.
Level 1 - 10 bonus agility, 15% agility will deal additional damage
Level 2 - 20 bonus agility, 30% agility will deal additional damage
Level 3 - 30 bonus agility, 45% agility will deal additional damage

Skill Synergy Guide
1. Relies on his intelligence and agility.
2. Damaging the enemy is the main role.
3. Requires immense agility for damage.

Level 4 1st skill + Ultimate = Depending on the stats, weakest damage @ level 25 is 465 damage..

1. Allies are varied, but supporters are the best, second are tanks.
2. Enemy disablers are a pain, second are stunners, third are assassins..

I think you could get away with making the ulti a passive. Bradwarden gets away with it, and he actually gets more strength than that (12/24/36).

So it cannot stack with Stygian Desolator, but stacks with Eye of skadi (and splashes the frost attack as well..)

My build for that hero is...

1st skill - 14, 15, 17, 18
2nd skill - 1, 3, 5, 7
3rd skill - 2, 4, 8, 9
Ultimate - 6, 11, 16

Items
-Eye of Skadi
-Battle Fury
-The Butterfly
-Assault Cuirass/Hyperstone
-Buriza-do Kyanon/Monkey King Bar
-Heart of Tarrasque/Radiance
