Satanic for Luna?!

When i played a guy bought helm of dominator and satanic and it worked?!!! missles were like livesteal, hitting all creeps, they all loose hp if i remember... and she was dealing damage and healing... i dont know did she heal on aditional creep hits but it worked...

so wtf is this? says clearly on start do not buy items with orb effect...
