cooldown question...

i think this is a stupid question and i have never really trien it though... but when you use an activatable item., dagoon., midas., guinsoo etc. and then it goes to cool down., can you drop it.? i mean put it on the floor or give it to another hero.? and if yes., when they recieve it., will it still be in cooldown.? >_<

it's not like melee game.

the answer is no, you can't drop an item in cooldown
