Elinor is a High Elf Ranger that one time was fighting in the battle by the Orcs and Humans.When the battle was over Elinor was over too.Then it became a new battle that were held by the Night Elf and the Undead.Elinor joined the Night Elfs in the battle and took back the profile as an Peace full Ranger in battle.Peace Rangers are rangers that gets there energy and power from allies and the nature.Elinor is one of the best Peace Rangers that ever have lived.She makes arrows from Night Elf trees and heals her allies whit the power and energy from the nature.Peace Rangers are also very beautiful, Elinor can use the power of nature too make an enemy too fall for her beauty.But the most feared and powerful ability that all Peace Rangers have are the Nature Blast.Whit this, Elinor absorbs the energy of her close standing allies and the energy from the nature and mix it up too a very powerful blast and releases it on a enemy.

Skill 1

Nature Arrow (A)
Elinor pick up her nature arrows that will increse her damage.If an enemy gets hit by the Nature Arrow the unit will have a reduced attack damage.
Level 1 - 10 bonus damage - reducing 10 attack damage
Level 2 - 15 bonus damage - reducing 15 attack damage
Level 3 - 20 bonus damage - reducing 20 attack damage
Level 4 - 25 bonus damage - reducing 25 attack damage
Mana Cost: 10 Per arrow
Cooldown: 3/2/1/0
Framework: Arrows are green.The same arrows that gnoll creeps are shooting
Notes:The reducing of attack damage dont stack

Skill 2

Peace Healing (P)
When Elinor uses Peace Healing on herself or an allied unit the unit will restore HP for 3 seconds
Level 1 - Restores 90 HP per second
Level 2 - Restores 130 HP per second
Level 3 - Restores 170 HP per second
Level 4 - Restores 220 HP per second
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 45
Framework: Works and shows the same as Rejuvenation

Skill 3

Enemy Love (E)
When Elinor casts Enemy Love on a enemy, the unit will fall in love whit Elinor and will not harm her until the spell goes off.
Level 1 - Holds up to 3 seconds
Level 2 - Holds up to 3.5 seconds
Level 3 - Holds up to 4 seconds
Level 4 - Holds up to 4.5 seconds
Mana Cost: 80
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Grants a pink heart over the unit that the spell have been used on.The unit will atomaticly become ally whit Elinor and cant harm her
Notes: Elinor wont ally the target. The target wont attack allies of his own. Doesnt give Elinor share vision

Skill 4

Nature Blast (B)
Elinor absorbs the energy of close allies and blasts it on a enemy.The blast will deal damage per allied unit that stands near Elinor.But it will also reduce some attack damage of the enemy that is blasted
Level 1 - Deals 20 damage to enemy per allied unit - reducing 30 attack damage
Level 2 - Deals 40 damage to enemy per allied unit - reducing 40 attack damage
Level 3 - Deals 60 damage to enemy per allied unit - reducing 50 attack damage
AoE of absorbing:550
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 90
Framework: When absoring energy it shows the same effect as Tranquility but it dont heal allies. When blasting the enemy it shows the same effect as Mana burn but i dont burn mana and it dont show how much mana that is burned.
Notes: Channeling absorb time:takes 3 seconds to absorb energy.The absorbing of allies dosent conut whit summoned units like spider lings or wolfs

Skill Synergies

That can heal me in beginning game if im about too die.

My killing skill that shall be complete for mid game.

Very good when you need run away time or killing time.

Very very powerful, but only use it when you got many allies near you.The skill is best when you got 4 hero allies and some creep allies near you, then you can almost kill what ever unit you like, okey not Rosha but others.

This is atleast the item build i would do.It might not be good but that's what i would get for her.

Yeah but the funny thing is that those in DotA Allstars think she is imba and they dont like her that much.
