Name: Mitsurugi the Samurai


Affiliation: Sentinel
Story: Mitsurugi the ancient samurai in from the dephs of the elven forest's he tried to become an independent samurai that holds the last hope of all samurai's in the world of chaos, neither the Blood Elven troops cant defeat him nor the Lich King's legion but Mitsurugi has no rightful place to go thats why he stayed with the Sentinel instead of the other races.

Skill:

Swift Hand


This ability enhances the attackspeed of Mitsurugi for a period of time and also gains evasion.

Effects Per Level
Level.1: Gains 10%ASPD/8%Evasion for 8seconds
Level.2: Gains 20%ASPD/12%Evasion for 12seconds
Level.3: Gains 30%ASPD/16%Evasion for 16seconds
Level.4: Gains 40%ASPD/20%Evasion for 20seconds

Mana Cost: 80/100/120/140
Cooldown: 10/15/20/25seconds
Casting Time: 1second
Casting Range: (SELF)Melee
Projectile: Mitsurugi's blade becomes enlightened making it a blinding white colored blade

Final Heaven


This ability strikes an area dealing 125/175/225/275 chaos damage within 200/300/400/500AOE.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 125 chaos damage within 200AOE
Level.2: Deals 175 chaos damage within 300AOE
Level.3: Deals 225 chaos damage within 400AOE
Level.4: Deals 275 chaos damage within 500AOE

Mana Cost: 100/115/130/145
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Casting Time: 1.25seconds
Casting Range: 200/300/400/500
Projectile: Mitsurugi channels for a few second and quickly slashes the area targeted by the spell

Katana Mastery


This ability grants Mitsurugi 3%/6%/9%/12%increased movementspeed 5%/8%/11%/14% chance to block an incoming physical attack.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Mitsurugi gains 3% MVSPD and 5% chance to block an incoming physical attack
Level.2: Mitsurugi gains 6% MVSPD and 8% chance to block an incoming physical attack
Level.3: Mitsurugi gains 9% MVSPD and 11% chance to block an incoming physical attack
Level.4: Mitsurugi gains 12% MVSPD and 14% chance to block an incoming physical attack

[Passive Ability]
[Self][Blocking Rate does not stack with Vanguard or Stout Shield]
Projectile: Mitsurugi gains an endurance aura effect

Ugetsu Kageyoshi no Hime


This ability strikes a single unit twice dealing 200%/250%/300% base damage for the 1st hit and 100%/150%/200% base damage for the 2nd hit and stun it for .50sec after the damage is done.[Instantly kills a creep or normal units]

Effects Per Level:
Level.1: Deals 200% base damage for the 1st hit and 100% base damage for the 2nd hit
Level.2: Deals 250% base damage for the 1st hit and 150% base damage for the 2nd hit
Level.3: Deals 300% base damage for the 1st hit and 200% base damage for the 2nd hit

Mana Cost: 200/350/500
Cooldown: 90/80/70seconds
Casting Time: 1second
Casting Range: 600
Projectile: Mitsurugi summons an illusion of his own and strikes the target heavily in the first hit and swiftly for the second

All the skills made him a great swordman aka samurai. I think the first skill should be a spammable one since he already has a passive skill which increases his MVSPD.

I think the ulti should be a little bit different... Make it like a buf that lasts some time (or indefinitely) that adds that amound of damage to the next 2 attacks he makes.

But it looks really useless, compare this to Sven with his long duration +150% damage ulti...
