but in general i would say butterfly(evasion, aspd, a little bit armor, (dmg)) or eos(slow + mass stats).........lol, i like all the lvl4 items, they are sooo mighty xD

no doubt in my mind, E.o.S is the best lv 4 item. It's useful for every hero in the game (even though it's more suited for some rather than others)

i think its satanic not for all heroes but makes some heroes just imba divine is the worst item in the game no one can survive a 5 heroe gank so as soon as u have it ur the bullseye u die every to seconds untile u have no aegis and they take ur divine

Isn't aegis the best level 4 item? That's why Icefrog entrusted it to Roshan.

Divine is not the best because it can be drop so
Butterfly is the best for lvl 4 items it helps alot in late games because of the 30 agility, 3o% atk spd, 30% evasion, 3o damage

butterfly for me.... its in a different league of its own..

divine rapier is the most powerful but its not the best, since it drops when you die,

EoS is not the best because its just a major buff in attributes and slow effect, mostly used by int heroes..

butterfly for me, because its speed, its damage, its dodge,

more speed means more damage, more speed means more chance to inflict damage, and more chance for skills like critical/bash/greaterbash etc to occur..
more speed means more chance to hit while being blinded, more speed means a faster kill..

dodge means less damage, less chance to get hit by a bash/critical..
