Nerubian Weaver w/ Buriza

Does Buriza stack with Weaver's Geminate attack? 'Coz I was playing with my cousin, who is using Weaver. I was using LoA. Then, he bought Buriza. I thought Geminate attack stacks with Buriza, but it didn't. I lost to him. So, does Buriza really stack with Weaver's Geminate attack? Pls. help me...
