A sacred gem that has been forged under the sea, this gem is one of the most powerful artifact in the ocean.
Gives:
+25 Int
+5 hp/sec regen
+110% enhanced mana regen
+10 all stats
Passive:Water Walker

Every 600 range the bearer reaches, he turns the ground to where he is standing into a watery, soft ground. Nearby enemies will have 30% reduced movespeed for 3 seconds. Will activate when using Blink/Dagger, but won't activate when using Teleport/Town Portal.
Active:Deep Tentacles

Turns an area of 650 into a murky lake. Enemy units who pass on that area will find themselves strangled by tentacles, dealing 120 damage per second for 2 seconds. Each tentacle can only strangle one unit. After a unit has been strangled, the tentacle returns to the depths, unabling it to strangle anymore. If a same hero who has been strangled before passes through the lake, he will be strangled again. The lake lasts 20 seconds.
Cooldown:50 seconds
Manacost:165 mana
Framework:The target area will turn blue like water. Tentacles look like flexible impalers(the spikes)


Requirements:
Perseverance(lvl 1 shop)(1775 gold)
Ultimate Orb(2300 gold)
Mystic Staff(2900 gold)

No recipe scroll, 'coz it's pricey...

The ability ideas are good but far too imba at this point. Especially the 600 distance traveled = 30% slow for following enemies. Nuh uh.
